  Really bad. The company bought too much material for my roof, did not compensate me for it. The roof have been leaking every time it's raining. Chris Isaakson that I signed the contract with, not answering his cell phone.

  Gutters look good but Chris did not respond to a issue I had with one not draining. Very disappointing! Do not recommend them!

  I requested GRS services while I was deployed, was quoted and paid for the services shown in the attached images on the first day of work (11 May). The initial contact was fine and fairly quick. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t consistently positive. Debris and tools were left behind after leaving for the day, and they didn’t arrive on a planned/agreed follow-on workday [14 May] and then two days after the no-show they TOLD me, not asked, when they were coming back (text attached). Additionally, the finish quality is not great. Some angles were cut in an opposite direction, and the caulking to seal the large gaps (which we had to request them to seal) they left after install looks like thick frosting. Roof shingles that previously covered the facia no longer cover it now, but I was offered a chance to pay more money to fix it. The Soffit repair fixed the initial hole, but the wood used looks like it was a scrap piece with unfinished edges and the final product still has unsealed gaps.   I had a terrible experience with Guardian Roofing Services, LLC. The initial consultation was promising, but the repairs were messy and lousy. I had to hire a different company to clean up their mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services. *update* this is not a fake review, maybe the photos will help them remember.

  Christopher came to install a new flat roof, and repair some parts of another roof. I clarified to him that I needed receipts and had to provide those to the third party. I made a downpayment, he came and finished the roof installation and I paid him the balance plus the entire sum for the repairs left to do. I accidentally wrote a check for $11.36 less than he asked for (this is for a job over $1,800). He told me about it, I told him "honest mistake", and he said "not a big deal". Now comes the date when he had to have all repairs finished, but no word from him, I call him the next day all morning no response. I write to him, that I need the receipt. He replies until you pay the balance no receipt. This is for $11.36 I remind you, instead of sending me what I need and then telling me about the $11.36. If you think this is good customer service, then go ahead and hire him.

  Im sorry you had a bad experience with us. We finshed work by completion date and you were pleased with the work provided. The day you called us numerous times was a sunday and we were closed. When we finally got ahold of you the following monay we simply let you know we dont mind providing invoices but our system cannot send a emailed invoice over until final payment is met. There is not way to override that. We did get you the invoices you requested once you made payment in full.

  I could not get a company to repair my Fascia & Soffit at a reasonable price until I found Guardian Roofing! On top of that, they came and completed my entire house within the same week of me reaching out!! You’re doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else!

  I picked Guardian Roofing to replace my roof out of several highly rated options who quoted it. Their price was similar to or better than others without any compromise in quality of materials. Guardian also offered the best labor warranty of the group. The owner, Chris, worked with me directly to come up with a plan to address several issues the existing roof faced. During the install, Chris was on-site to oversee the vast majority of the time and had his own crew, not subcontractors. He took pictures throughout the process to keep me updated on progress as well as display the quality of work before it was covered over by the next layer. Overall, I am very pleased with the price, quality of work, warranty, and overall communication and professionalism of Chris and Guardian Roofing.

  Chris is very responsive and professional. Guardian replaced the roof on my townhome last fall and came back to replace trim, fascia, and gutters this spring. Their work is excellent and their prices competitive. Highly recommend!

  Holy smokes these guys are fast. Chris and team were able to get my roof replacement done while working around my schedule. Chris kept in contact with me every step of the way and the finished product looks superb. They cleaned up after themselves too! Thanks Chris and team!

  Called GRS for an estimate and they came the same day. The quote they provided wasn’t necessarily the lowest, but the work product and service they were providing won them my bid. They completed my entire roof replacement in just a couple of hours. And the finish product looks fabulous!!

  Crew arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job removing and replacing entire roof with architectural shingles. Owner pointed out areas that had water damage and promptly replaced bad wood.
