We had a problem with the skylight control not working. Gruwell came out and got it going in 5 minutes, at no charge. Great service! Definitely would recommend Gruwell.

We hired Gruwell to replace my dad's roof because it was leaking. They were great, worked with the different obstacles that we had, and always got back to me when I had questions. We did a metal roof and it looks good. I will probably use them for my own roof when that time comes.

We had a very good experience with Brandon and Matt of Gruwell Roofing. They were thoroughly professional, of course. But they also listened to what we wanted and accommodated all our requests. The new skylights are great, just what we wanted, just where in our house we wanted. They worked fast, got it done perfectly, cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Brandon at Gruwell went above and beyond helping clean and reseat our tunneled skylight after an attempt to do it ourselves. He made time in a very busy day to come by and fix the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was …

My wife and I highly recommend Gruwell Roofing Co. in the Eugene/Springfield Oregon area! They are in high demand but do outstanding work and are worth the wait. The individual workers are all well trained and skilled and they work well as a team. Owners, supervisor and workers communicate well. Our neighbor hired them, too, previously and they have a great reputation all around. Fantastic job, thanks! (Late summer 2025) Andrew

Gruwell was great with communication before, during and after the roofing project was done. They were clean and efficient during the project leaving very little mess! High quality work, and nice people to work with!

Gruwell just finished our roof and we are extremely satisfied. They went above and beyond by replacing poorly installed plywood, repairing damaged chimney flashing, and repairing a broken rafter in our attic. The lead roofer texted me …

In November Gruwell Roofing replaced the roof on my house converting to a ridge vent and adding soffit intake vents as needed. Erin and his crew kept me up to date on all issues they encountered as they did the necessary work such as pointing out the deteriorated flashing around my chimney and inquiring about a roof fan that no longer was needed. They made the appropriate repairs to both once I gave my okay in a timely manner. Their attention to detail, the depth of their knowledge and their daily communication made the reroofing a stress free project for me. The entire crew treated me with kindness and respect. Previously I had Gruwell Roofing put in a Solar Tube working with Matt. He also kept me informed as his crew worked on that project. I greatly appreciate working with this talented and skilled family. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Gruwell replace our roof and convert to a ridge-vent and add additional venting. They also did the shed to match. The entire process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. Matt, Erin and Tobyn were all excellent in communicating with us about questions on the project while we were getting estimates and ultimately sealed the deal with us by how responsive, helpful and low pressure they were. No down payment!?!? “Why would I charge you for work I haven’t done yet?” Wow!!! They explained the advantages of Malarkey shingles over other popular brands and we were excited to install a roof with materials manufactured in Oregon that clean the air of pollutants! They completed the project in about 3.5 days and did a great job cleaning up after. Their crew were all very professional and our neighbors complimented that as well. I contacted them about a minor cosmetic issue after the project. Erin reached out to the manufacturer for the best solution and came back out and was able to get that taken care of. And….all said and done we saved money by choosing Gruwell. We highly recommend Gruwell for your roofing project.
