  18 month after having a new roof put on had to call them to come out and fix where they put the boot on around the electric pole for a very big hole. I sure hope that this isn't going to be an ongoing problem

  Do not even bother. They barely answer the phone, won’t return calls, even when you get on the schedule the won’t show up and won’t call to let you know. Terrible business.

  I wish I could comment on the quality of their work but I can’t get them to show up. Chris has told my wife multiple times that they would come repair seals on our roof “soon” or “next week”. This has gone on for months and now I’m experiencing worse ceiling damage for relying on his word. If you need something done quickly I would look for another company.

  Greer came out and meet with adjuster. Then would not return my call when adjuster said repair not replace roof. Adjuster eventually replaced entire roof and Greer lost out on project

  Someone was supposed to come today to give me an estimate for a new roof. I waited all day. No one called or showed.

  My mom had Grier out for a leak and some damaged sheeting and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. Brian Stuart came out for the initial inspection and provided a very prompt and reasonable solution to her problems. We really appreciate his patience and professional approach to getting things done. Jaquin, the repair tech, was very polite, respectful, and informative about the work and did a great job making the necessary repairs. I work for a roofing company so I know a little about the industry and can say with certainty that this is definitely a conscientious, dependable and skillful company that it was a pleasure to do business with. When my mom had another issue with one of her chimneys Jeff James came out and addressed her concerns and provided a solution with the upmost courtesy and efficiency. Both myself and my mom would highly recommend Grier for your home improvement needs and will definitely call again when the need arises. Thanks again Brian, Juaquin and Jeff! Dianne K and Fredia

  Mitch was so helpful in coming out and getting an estimate to do the roof replacement on my dad's home. He made everything easy with the insurance company and came back out to inspect the work done. He treated my dad as a top priority, even though they had other jobs going on. The crew did a great job and worked all day, only to take a break for lunch. They stayed until the work was done. Everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. We highly recommend Grier Roofing!

  Great experience with this company! The cost was reasonable. Brian found the color of shingles I wanted. Installation was scheduled around when it was convenient for me. The work was done in one day with everything cleaned up well. Highly recommend them.

  Jeff James was the specialist that visited my house for a roof inspection and minor repair. He was friendly and down to earth. He explained what he saw and how he could correct the issues. The service was great and I was charged appropriately. I will definitely call them the next time I need my roof repaired. Thanks Jeff!

  This company is the absolute best. I recieved my estimate and all necessary paperwork the day after I called the office. The price was amazing and the work was of good quality and was finished in a timely manner. I am very pleased. I coordinated all of this from Mississippi.

  These folks are top notch. They replaced our roof, cleaned everything up and were done when they said they would be. Chris is very knowledgable, kind and courteous. We are having them do another project for us too. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

  Communicated with Chris by phone since I live in Atlanta and the property is in SC. He was very professional and efficient. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased how reasonable the cost was. Chris also was no time on starting and completing the job. We would highly recommend. A job well done.

  Chris has helped us out with a few leaks over the past couple of years. He has been very quick to respond and has taken care of our problems. Chris has also been honest with what needs to be done. Would recommend Grier Roofing!
