I cannot say enough good things about Green Renovations and Ben. After a heavy rain, our roof started leaking because of hail damage. I called Ben, and he responded right away. He came out quickly, found the problem almost immediately, and repaired it the same day. What really stood out was how honest, caring, and professional he was throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell anything, and made sure the repair was done right. He was also excellent about returning calls and text messages, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. It is not easy to find contractors you can truly trust, but Ben is one of them. He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you need roofing repairs or any home renovation work, I highly recommend Green Renovations. Excellent service, fair pricing, and outstanding customer care. Thank you again, Ben!

I first was recommended to Green Renovations from MegaPros. It was a small job, but he came out. Ben was personable, reasonable, keeps you updated, and always keeps his word. Whenever I needed anything having to do with my roof I always called Ben. My house was affected by the storms in March. My roof and siding were damaged. Our emails crossed. When I heard from my insurance, Ben and claims adjuster work together to make sure I got the best claim possible. Always keeping me updated and keeping his word. Whoch these days is so important. It's always a pleasure to work with Ben and Green Renvations.

We worked with James and his team at Green Renovations to complete new siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit, and fascia. They also wrapped columns on the porch area. James was amazing to work with. He communicated with us every step of the way and stopped out on-site regularly to ensure we were happy with the progress. His team is meticulous in every detail and we are so happy with the results. Thank you, James and team!!

Green Renovations did an outstanding job on my roofing, skylight, siding, and gutter project. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, using quality materials and with solid workmanship throughout. Ben went well above any expectations I had—he was professional, timely, thorough, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was how communicative he was from start to finish, keeping me updated at every step. He also worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure I received the proper claim benefit due under my policy. I couldn’t recommend Green Renovations and Ben more highly—truly first-class service.

Working with Ben was great. He treated us like family. His depth of knowledge and aesthetic sensibility impressed us. The insurance company initially was not a good neighbor, and he supported us until we were able to get our roof replacement approved. With the extremes in weather we are experiencing, we wanted our new roof to be hail and wind resistant. The choice that stood out for hail resistance is a sbs rubberized shingle. Ben also happened to be the only roofer we spoke with who had years of experience with this type of shingle. The roof was installed using six nails per shingle which provides a wind resistance of 130 mph. The new roof also qualified for an 18% reduction in our insurance premium. The installation and clean up were done efficiently and thoroughly. My wife loves to garden, and she never found a single nail. We would confidently recommend Green Renovations to our family and friends.

Ben is affable, professional, prompt, patient, and thorough. He made the entire process of getting a new roof smooth and kept us informed through its entirety. His personal and detailed assessment of our roof (after two previous adjusters) delivered us a second check from the insurance company of an amount larger than the first. Thanks, Ben! - Bade family

Residential Vinyl Siding Installation A well-installed siding system helps protect a home from changing weather while giving the exterior a clean, consistent finish. Vinyl siding is a practical option for homeowners looking for durable exterior coverage with relatively simple maintenance. This home features gray horizontal siding complemented by white corner trim, fascia, gutters, window surrounds, and garage trim. Dark shutters add contrast around the windows, while the consistent siding layout creates a coordinated appearance across the two story exterior. Proper siding installation requires careful attention around windows, doors, corners, roof transitions, and other areas where moisture could find its way behind the exterior. Green Renovations LLC installs several siding options, including vinyl, cedar, fiber cement, and LP SmartSide, allowing the material to be selected according to the home's needs and exterior design.
