Unfortunately I can't even rate the work. Everytime I tried to call and schedule someone picked up then immediately hung up on me. Wonder how hard it would be to get ahold of someone after work was done....

Working with Green Mountain was a joy. I don’t say that lightly, as I’ve had many issues working with contractors. A big shout out to Almanzo. What a great project manager! He and his crew showed up when planned and kept the job rolling until the job was fully complete. Almanzo was always very responsive to my questions and phone calls. This is a trait that is hard to find. Even talking to the owners (Zach & Jolene) over the phone was a great experience when researching all the roofing options I had available to me. We ended up having the roof, canales, stucco patching, and downspouts all worked on by Green Mountain and their subs that came to our house. They were all very professional and kept the site clean before leaving. We even had some setbacks that were out of the roofer’s control, but Almanzo was very understanding and worked with us to get everything resolved. Not one leak after their thorough job (knock-on-wood). If you are looking for a quality roofing company, look no further, you found them.

I contacted Green Mountain after a torrential storm and they quickly provided an assessment and estimate. I needed both roof repair and stucco repair. Both look great and I'll use them again.

"Everything went extremely well, from scheduling the initial appointment with Jolene, to the final inspection after TPO roof was installed. Project Manager, Almanzo, provided prompt, professional and courteous support throughout the entire installation process. He was incredibly patient and responsive to all questions and concerns I had while the work was being performed. The crew showed up on time and was respectful of my property. I highly recommend Green Mountain Contractors to neighbors and friends.

We just completed our third project with Green Mountain, the clearest indicator of a satisfied customer. We originally hired them to do some roof work on our main house and were heavily influenced at the time by their willingness to go back to a very picky customer until everything was to their satisfaction. We haven't had to play that card as the work they have done for us has been impeccable and - knock on wood - trouble free. They are not the cheapest but they are certainly the best. Any resident in Santa Fe knows how important a good roof is and how continuing difficulties can make that original "bargain" fade into a distant memory quickly. Almonzo is also a cut above in the transactional department - punctual, careful and a superb communicator - an overall joy to deal with. We just keep coming back and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
