Set up appointment to get an estimate. Took a half day off from work so I could meet. They never showed up. They said they messed up the scheduling. I asked for another time we could meet. Never heard back. Not fraudulent and shocked that you would say that.

Grace Roofing is a great choice for roofing. They got it all done in one day, were very professional, have great workers, and left my surrounding lawn looking completely clean. If you need a 50 year warranty roof over your head call Grace.

So impressed by the entire operation. Roofing crew unbelievably professional, efficient, skilled, thorough. There should be more just like them. Site supervisor, office contacts, initial estimator--all deeply knowledgable and willing to answer all questions and concern.

Last year my wife and I decided to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof and I wish we had found Grace Roofing then! We were blessed to find them when problems arose (the other company is already gone, no surprise). Super nice, professional and worth every penny. Highly Recommend.

Can't say enough about this company, I'm a fussy kind of guy and try to do things right the first time out. They by far met all my expectations including one that popped up during the Roof job. Would recommend them without hesitation; 5 Stars in my book.

From start to finish I couldn’t be happier with Grace Roofing. I got multiple quotes, their pricing was competitive, Dave was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. Guinevere was fantastic at helping me decide on a color for the standing seam metal roof I ended up going with. Communication was top tier from my first phone call to get a quote all the way up through the crew leaving after completion. The crew was friendly, professional and worked a couple long hard days to get everything done just right. They went above and beyond my expectations for quality of work, not to mention they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. Luke was the site supervisor for the two days they were at my house and he kept me informed of progress as well as any issues they ran into and how they addressed them. Grace Roofing came highly recommended by neighbors and now I know why. A roof is a big expense and needs to be done correctly. I had concerns about going with a metal roof given the specialized nature of the install process and materials, but they clearly know their stuff and I’d make the same choice all over again.

I’m so glad we were competitive. Communication brings peace and helps us to meet expectations so thank you for allowing that to flow well. We have invested deeply in our team so we can offer metal to anyone wanting a life long system. Thank you for the review.
