  Scott, I am sorry you feel that way about our company. Yes, you are correct there was some miscommunication and areas of the roof that was not caught by the Forman that was covered up. Thank God our clients have a workmanship warranty and if there were any issues we would take care of it. I can't stress how hard it was to work around your schedule when we operate a business and have clients that are in the schedule too. You made it very difficult for us to schedule you in when we had availability. But you were upset and pushed us meeting for a week or, so which is very hard to set when you have other clients already scheduled. I called you to explain what was going on and why we were unable to meet which I did get emotional because I never want to let a customer down, but you were cursing every name in the book/yelling at me which was the reason for my tears. I am the owner's wife, and no man should treat a woman/person like that. It was our decision to pay you for missing work and it took a few days for me to mail off the check. What company does that? I hope you can understand that business owners are people too and we are a small company trying to meet everyone's demand. And the way you treated me and my husband no one should have to deal with. We are not perfect but we will do everything in our power to make it right. This is really sad after the abuse we took from you and making everyone feel uncomfortable to resolve this issue.   Jason, Samantha AND their roofing crew are delightful to work with! At the end of each and every day they were here the yard was left immaculate! Roofing is a messy job but I was always able to enjoy my yard in the evenings. They also provide a portable buck for their crew to use. (This was very important to me!)

  I had a great experience with this company. The owner and his wife explained everything, electronically sent a detailed estimate. In spite of the noise and debris, it was a very pleasant experience. Grace roofing crew was pleasant, bantering and laughing back and forth and worked very very hard. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done and I would totally recommend them to everyone I know.

  I called to see if they could check my roof which was leaking into my kitchen. They came promptly, and did a quick temporary fix until they could come back to patch it permanently. Always friendly, very knowledgeable, and fair pricing. They take the time to explain things, and showed me photos of the issue and the repair. Happy to support a local, family-owned business. They are great!

  Grace Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. They were professional, reasonably priced and went above and beyond to take care of our needs and requests. We were so impressed that we had them replace our siding as well! I would highly recommend them.

  Thorough inspection, I found the entire team to be efficient, friendly. The guys made sure that everything was cleaned up each day. The house was done within three days as predicted the owner came back out and did a final inspection. I couldn’t be happier.

  We hired Grace Roofing and Construction to replace our roof on our residence and shop. Jay and Samantha are very honest and upfront with the entire process and take pride in providing the highest level of service. They have an A Team of employees that showed up early every day and worked on a Saturday due to rainy weather. We can’t forget Payton who runs a very smooth office and returns emails and phone calls promptly. We are so grateful for the quality of work performed and the beautiful new roof! A BIG thank you to Grace Roofing and the entire crew!

  From the moment it started it was the best experience with a contractor since living here. They took the time to educate me on the products, the difference with the warranties and even showed me the products. It was a 2 day process of roofing my old house, but they were amazing. The owner was here, actually on the roof inspecting and helping his team. My roof is beautiful and was done in a very timely manner and they were super clean each day. I would highly recommend them over and over and over.
