  Well I inquired about getting a roof estimate. Filled out an online request form. Well, they called me and the first thing they asked > " how are you paying? Financing, cash, or on a credit card" So I am not going with them.

  Before I posted this I reached out. Weeks ago I was awaken by noise on roof. I DO NOT have roof issues. Material was left on top of my roof. Next day I was awaken by foots on top of roof. Spoke with female and told her wrong house. Instead of them going to court they went to street. She apologize asked for my contact # and said owner would like to personally speak with me. Needless to say that call never happened. Weeks later for the 3rd time I was awoken by noise on roof. Here they are again for the 3rd time. Wrong address. Its unbelievable they can't even get right customers address correct and then the thing that rubs me wrong is 3 times disturbing my piece. I had conversation with worker named Gil if I'm correct, but I did not feel any real concern about this. I'm most thankful that each time I was home. If I wasn't and they began tearing up my roof or more it wouldn't be handled like this. SMH do better

  We had a great experience with Good Guy Roofing, they replaced our roof everyone was so professional, courteous and so kind. The job was done without out any problems. Great customer service and they always answer your call. Great price too! Thank you for your hard work and dedication from everyone.

  I am incredibly happy with my new roof. The crew was professional and kept the workspace clean. Brian, the project manager was dedicated to making sure the job was done right and great to work with. The project did require a little extra patience, as the timeline stretched from six weeks to 12 weeks. However, the team handled the work beautifully, and the high-quality final result was well worth the wait. Highly recommend them for their craftsmanship!

  Working with this company started out with an honest sales agent, Richard Barnes. He was the first person to come out to my house and tell me that I do not need to replace my roof, I only needed a repair. He offered a fair price on the repair and an option to provide a silicon coating. I wound up, opting for the repair and the coating and I am very happy. We just had some major storms and this is the first time I have no water entering into my house for the four years that I’ve owned it! I highly recommend this group.
