  Good Contractors Roofing and Restoration was wonderful! After getting lots of bids and talking to lots of roofers, I could immediately tell this company was the best. Ken was completely honest, went the extra mile, took time to explain everything clearly, and gave expert advice on how to handle my 1950s roof with an overlay all at a great price. He knew his stuff as did everyone on his team. This is everything I wanted from a contractor and he pulled it all together just knowing how things work. The crew worked quickly, and there was always an on-site supervisor to ensure the best work. Rodney checked everything in detail. The clean up was perfect. My roof looks beautiful—I highly recommend them!

  After meeting several companies, I decided to go with Good Contractors Roofing and Restoration to reroof the house. Denny H., sales rep, was great to work with. Great communication by keeping me informed regarding the process of dealing with the insurance and the reroofing project. I was really impressed with the group text with the owner, sales rep, foremen, and myself prior to start date of the project to keep me updated on any new information. It took the workers a half a day to complete a 1740 sqft roof. If you ever seen a reroofing project, it is quite a mess; however, very impressive on the clean-up. It was like they were never there. Great Job to the workers and the staff!! I would definitely recommend this company for your next home project(s).

  There was a moment during repair when they stopped work because they noticed a small structural weakness near a beam connection. Instead of ignoring it, they reinforced it first before continuing. That kind of caution made me trust their workmanship more.

  Ken is a superstar! After a devastating fire that destroyed the second floor & roof of our home and left extensive smoke and water damage to the remainder of the structure, we needed an amazing contractor to take on our major restoration project. Fortunately, we knew of Ken through family connections and were aware of his extensive history in roofing and restoration work. We hired Ken to do our restoration primarily because we knew about Ken’s strong work ethic, integrity, heart for people, and commitment to excellence. When it is time to recover from a disaster it is critical that you know that you are putting your trust into good, reliable, honest, and capable hands. We were blessed with peace of mind through the entire process because Ken had our project. Ken is an excellent communicator, he listened carefully to what we wanted, keeping us well informed and advising us through the whole process. He was also diligent and dedicated to every aspect of the job. At every step, we knew where we stood, what choices were available to us, which ones Ken recommended and why. This was extremely valuable and helpful as he steered us in the right direction while allowing us to make the choices we wanted. The house needed extensive reframing, roofing, all new windows, electrical, water and gas plumbing, and HVAC. Ken had multiple subcontractors for every category and was able to get us the best price/quality through competitive bids and the strength of his contractor relationships. When it came to our selections on paint, trim, doors, flooring, fixtures Ken was very patient and then made sure we got what we wanted even when we changed our mind. At first all I wanted was to get back what I had lost. But Ken helped me to see improvements that could be made that would enhance the beauty, function, and value of our home. The whole project took about a year, but we are absolutely blown away and thrilled by our restored home. We had the best experience possible with Ken and Good Co

  I was referred to Good Contractors Roofing and Restoration because my mom had water damage in her home that needed to be restored. They were quick and very professional. They did an amazing job given the short timeline that they had to perform the job. They took care of everything with the insurance company, and we even got a free flooring upgrade!   I highly recommend Good Contractors Roofing and Restoration if you need work done on your roof. I was worried it was going to be a big stressful mess but the GCR team made the process super easy...
