I hate reminding someone to do their job over and over. Roof was installed late because material apparently never showed and I was fine. Said no problem. But a month later and my soffit isn’t fixed. I called Brad once and I’m not calling again.

Two years and $10,000 years later, nothing but leaks! I had hoped my metal roof would last longer than two years. If I knew how to post pictures here I would post them. I wanted to love this company and my roof but I don’t love water pouring into my house. It should be called Gold Leak Roofing.

  Reply from the business

The leak appeared as a small 3 inch diameter circular spot of bubbling paint at the intersection of the wall and the ceiling. It took three tries to find it , but the leak was finally isolated in a circular skylight seal higher up on the roof, a very tricky area to install metal roofing around. The roof was installed to manufacturer's specifications and fully inspected. As an act of good faith the warranty was extended for an additional three years. Gold Seal is sorry for the inconvenience and stands behind it's work.

Thank you David, Your services were much appreciated. Now I know what roofing services should be like. I am impressed by your professionalism, work ethics, and most of all your integrity. A Google search classified Gold Seal as "Rescue" Roofers, and they were spot on with that title. Even though you were booked Ihank you.
