They go door to door and go onto the property without permission and then argue with homeowners when told to get off the property. Don't trust roofers who come unsolicited.

Our team is expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. Daniel ignored the no soliciting street sign in my front yard. Told me a free estimate for business is not soliciting. Thanks for interrupting my work meeting. edit: with all due respect to whoever "reviewed the situation" without contacting me, half of the parties involved, money doesn't need to be exchanged for it to be soliciting, go look that word up. You were soliciting business by offering free estimates, that's the only reason you can afford to do them, you're a business. When I say no thanks and someone continues to tell me about their business and hands me a business card, that's plainly soliciting business.

  Reply from the business

Coty, After reviewing the situation, we have found no evidence to suggest that any solicitation took place. Our employees are trained to provide assistance and answer questions related to our products and services, but we do not permit any form of unsolicited sales or solicitation. However, we do understand that misunderstandings can sometimes occur, and we truly value your perspective. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. I was absolutely thrilled with the job Gold Medal did for me. From day one Zach and Jessica did a fantastic job for us. That did all the leg work with the insurance company and got results that I was more than happy with. They kept us informed all along the way and were very prompt with answers when I called with a question. They started the job on time and the crew did a great job getting it done quickly and did a super job cleaning everything up. I highly recommend Gold Medal. Hats off to them.

Cannot say enough good things and highly recommended! We had a small leak in our roof after having a replacement roof installed on our home in 2024 and were very concerned as to the extent of the damage. Zach was extremely professional, responsive, and knew exactly what the issue was. After a quick diagnosis, a replacement boot over the bathroom air vent was all that was needed. Zach even went above and beyond and didn’t charge us for the part or labor. Highly recommended professional roofing company. If you’re needing roof work or roof replacement, look no further. Zach and Gold Medal Roofing is top notch!
