Awful awful company! I bought a home in February that had an enclosure leak. The sellers hired Goff to “repair it”. Not even a week later it was leaking. I’ve now tried 4x to ask for an invoice of what Goff did. They dodged my calls and e-mails. Scam of a company and even the inspector was taken back by their unprofessional behavior and work abilities.

We contracted with Julie Capsambelis, not you.We responded to every phone call and email. We performed our contract with that customer completely.Out of the several items we did,the connection to the aluminum roof to wall apparently leaks. The inspector said to seal the joint and that is what we did.The inspector is the one you need to contact,he should have instructed that flashing be installed in that area.

Roofers did an outstanding job on our roof. The only problem is that the last day of completing our roof, someone broke our flood lights glass on the corner of our house and cleaned it up so we wouldn’t notice and didn’t mention it to us. I …

Apparently they are to busy to get back to you in a timely manner just to set an appointment.

Goff Roof Systems was contacted on 12/19/14 about needing a new roof. We scheduled a time for the salesman to contact and set up an estimate and walk the roof etc....Salesman asks when he can come over, i said after 4:15 as i pick up my son from school. Salesman then tells me thats to late?! Well, I assure you that your competition was here well past 6 p.m and will be getting my money.

Had a post hurricane leak. Very small but needed to be fixed. Their employee spent a lot of time searching for the source. This involved him crawling into areas a human had not visited. Through his determination and refusal to be beaten, he …

After going back and forth with our insurance company, and getting some pretty high quotes from other companies, we gave Goff Roof Systems a call. They were super friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had, and we were able to get our roof replacement scheduled easily. Their pricing was much better than the other companies we spoke to, and the materials used were excellent quality. Our roof went up very quickly and looked amazing! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a reputable and trustworthy company to replace their roof.

I called for a roof estimate and they sent someone right out. He was on time for our scheduled appointment and was very through. Scheduled the new roof and it was completed quickly and looks beautiful. This is by far the best customer service with a roofing company that I've ever had. I will be recommending them to everyone!! Great experience from beginning to end.
