  My experience with this company was frustrating due to a significant pricing discrepancy and lack of follow-up communication. After an initial site visit, I received an estimate of approximately $34,000 to replace the flat roof systems on my property. At the company's recommendation, a test cut was performed to better understand existing conditions and provide a final price. Following the test cut, the proposal increased to $117,907.50 — more than three times the original estimate. I understand that concealed conditions can increase costs, especially on older flat roof systems. However, the magnitude of the increase raised concerns for me about the accuracy of the original estimate and whether the project had been adequately evaluated from the outset. The company provided explanations involving additional roof layers, deteriorated insulation, drainage corrections, and labor-intensive demolition. I followed up requesting a more detailed breakdown and clarification of how the project increased by nearly $84,000, but I never received a response. I cannot comment on the quality of their roofing work because I did not move forward with the project. My review is based solely on my experience with the estimating process, communication, and pricing transparency.

  Hysterically unprofessional. If this company was legit, they would know permits and bonding are necessary. You re-side a home, you need a permit. These supposed professionals have no business working as they shortcut all processes. They will even work Saturdays and holidays to skirt the permits and providing proof of insurance. The village pulled them off the job just today in fact. I hope they are forced out of business for endangering homeowners and employees alike.... all in the name of profit for the owner.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

  They complete the job quick. I was happy. 5 months after they finished the job and 70 calls later (not joking) I still trying to close everything and pay them, (imagine if I have to call them for warranty). If you don't mind be lied and fooled all the time, they are "good". I think they are not a serious company. Recommend? NOT.

  Very unprofessional service. Scheduled a free roof inspection with them and they never showed up. When I called to ask what happened, they treated me like I was at fault and told me they had no idea what I was talking about. I would invest my time into a better company especially for something as serious as your roof.

  I was referred to this company by a neighbor who recently had their roof and siding replaced. I was able to watch the work being performed and was amazed at how fast and professional the crew of 15 completed the job. That convinced me that this was the company I would use to replace my roof. At 7:30am, as promised, a crew of 12 showed up ready to work. Congrats to management for making sure the crew are trained in their capacity, properly dressed, ready to go. A truly remarkable company.   I’m writing this review because Global Exterior Experts did an outstanding job from the initial inspection all the way through working with my insurance company from start to finish. Joshua originally came out to give us an estimate for a new roof and recommended that we file an insurance claim due to the storm damage he found. My husband and I were very skeptical at first because Allstate had denied us in the past, saying the damage was due to normal wear and tear. We decided to put our trust in Global Exterior Experts, and we’re so glad we did. They were able to get our entire exterior approved, including a brand-new roof, siding, window wraps, and gutters. A special thank you to Joshua, Angie, Vanessa, and Naidelin. They all did an incredible job advocating for us and fighting with our insurance company to make sure we got the most out of our claim. What is a prorated roof warranty? It is coverage that shrinks as your roof ages. In the early years, usually the first 5 to 10, the manufacturer pays the full cost of a covered defect. After that, the payout drops a little each year, and you cover the growing difference. With a full roof replacement now averaging around $10,000 to $12,000 nationally, a claim late in a 30 year term could leave most of that bill on you.
