I had a very disappointing experience with Affordable Roofing. From the start, their communication was lacking; it took multiple calls just to get a quote. Once they began the work, they seemed disorganized and unprofessional. They left debris scattered all over my yard, and I had to call them back to clean it up. The job itself was poorly done—shingles were misaligned, and I noticed leaks within a few weeks of the installation. When I tried to reach out for help, they were slow to respond and dismissive of my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend Affordable Roofing. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. 1 STAR

Guillermo Garcia made me sign over my insurance check before he did any work. The roofing went well, but he tore down our aluminum siding and tried to put down vinyl siding without a vapor barrier. I told him I want to stick with aluminum. He didn’t finish the job, charged us twice as much for the roof after we had him stop the work because he said he doesn’t do aluminum. His siding crew was care less and broke our fence and many other small things. He stole 10,000 dollars from us, he is sure a charmer.

Sorry to hear this Shanna. We checked with your city inspector and they confirmed no vapor barrier was needed. We even provided proof to you. Furthermore, we have spoken with your insurance company and they have confirmed that our process in handling your request to have aluminum siding installed was the proper way.

Stood up twice for an estimate. No call, no apology, nothing. If they stand up for an estimate, will they show up to work? I’ll find another company.

Affordable Roofing did some work on my roof which consisted of an attic roof powered fan and also a total roof replacement years ago.. affordable roofing is my go to local roofing company . Their prices are in line with other roofing companies. To me, the biggest difference to me is that they are local l, they are responsive and they do very good work…

Great response following the hail storm a few years ago. They thought i had enough damage to get a new roof. Unfortunately. State Farm thought otherwise.

Flexible & easy to work with, installation went smooth, protected bushes & windows etc, thorough clean-up and worked well with insurance company. Shingles, gutters and screens are good so far.

I will definitely contact Affordable again whenever I need roofing services in the future. Ruben performed a thorough inspection with photos to show me the areas of concern. He also politely answered my questions before starting the repairs. Ruben was able to quickly replace the vent stack boot, as well as properly secure numerous roof vents and metal flashing all on the same day, before it rained. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding.

Very prompt in responding to my request for repairs to be done. Work was completed efficiently and was able to match our siding..it appears as though nothing was done. Pleasant worker.

I had a relatively small, easy job, probably the reason no one wanted to take it (roof top bathroom dedicated vent). The new fan and duct were already installed, just needed the penetration cut and vent properly installed on the roof. And …

We had our roof and siding replaced 6 years ago as part of a large hail damage insurance claim. In the early spring when we had our first heavy rain, I noticed some water stains on the ceiling in our family room right above where the valley of garage and house gables come together. Most of the contractor roofing companies didn’t want a small job. We found Affordable Roofing through our local community’s Facebook page. We called and they were out in a day to inspect where the water was possibly coming in. The roofer took pictures and showed us that the construction company never flashed properly. Not only did they repair the roof correctly, they even matched the exact shingles. Recently, with all the heavy rains, we haven’t had any water leak inside. They are professional, courteous, and fast. I give them two thumbs up and a 5 of 5. When it comes time to replace the roof, they get my business.

We had shingle damage from a few storms. The team came out to meet with an insurance adjuster and tried to help get coverage. Once all was said and done, we got a fair price, and the project was done in a day.
