  I first want to start out saying this is not something that I normally do but I feel others should be aware of by this company. I had a complete tare off and new roof project that was handled by insurance. The delays were not exactly the fault of abc however there was many delays and many were because of the disputes with the insurance claims. Eventually project was comleted almost a year later. But the biggest part of the problem came when they could not stop a leak in a skylight on a carport. After three visits out they basically gave up. I had to make a choice to remove the skylight or live with the leaks. I decided to remove the skylight. For about a year with a solid roof in place all seemed good. This year with some snow and an ice melt (bear in mind I have ice shield installed ?) snow melt comes dripping through the bottom side of the carport roof. After three calls to the office and promises I would be called back I have not heard from abc in over three weeks now. I also paid for the repair to remove the skylight. And they originally billed the insurance company to fix this area. So you decide if you want to go through a scenario like this or stay very far away from this company.

  Stay away from ABC and Dean in particular! It's been less than 3 years since roof install and it's been one thing after another. Leaks, ice damns, power vent shaking whole house, blocked roof vents (yes they blocked my roof vents stating that was the cause of power vent shaking house when on), nails on shingle not sealed, missing animal barriers/screens and now dealing with a rodent in my attic, holes and gaps between roof and facia, contract confusion, confused me with another client, unprofessional invoice/contracts.... I mean it's endless. See pictures for yourself.

  I would give negative stars if I could. They reached out to me after I posted my project in thumbtack, and asked $150 to secure a few pieces of vynle siding came loose because wind. But they never showed up. I messaged them why. They said, " Have better job, No enough money". I will never work with them. they dont keep their words.

  Ha. Other than them breaking my window, tearing a screen and a large pile of nails and staples on my front step... I have ripped screens and no crew that cares. They were supposed to be here yesterday to fix the window. Nope.

  Had siding done on my home and there had to be a different problem almost every step in the project head by Dean H - First after picking our siding wasn’t notified that the type of siding wasn’t Available on the day of projected work to start - so we where forced to pick different siding in a selection of maybe only 5 choices much different from the original 50 or so previous shown - in addition are start date was pushed back serval months - a window was also to be put in and no measurements where made - but again this was pushed back also and was giving only one choice of window - When the project was started mid way through Dean tryed to shake me down for additional money saying there wasn’t enough material and I requested only half the house to be done , - I asked him what kind of customer gets only half of a house sided !!??? I reminded him there was a contract sign for the whole house . And lo and behold there was plenty of material already present on the property - and then some . Dean simple wanted to rip me off . After it was done I never want to deal with Dean again - he wanted cash because he said he gets a cash commission? I think he was skimming probably being doing it for years -

  We had storm/hail damage on our siding and roof from 8/20/22. We had a pleasant contractor come out Our ins company didnt agree with the contractor so we asked for a 2nd opinion. That was completed 12 weeks ago and no one has replied to our phone messages or bothered to contact us on an install date for our siding. We found another company as we have been ignored long enough!

  All around great experience. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They responded quickly, explained exactly what the issue was, and walked me through how they were going to fix the issue. They got the job done efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and everything turned out great. It’s nice to find a company that’s honest, communicates well, and does quality work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

  Showed up on time every time which is important to me. Worked with the insurance company to get approval for all of the damages. Went over the plan and completed all work within days. Robert was great to work with. I can highly recommend this company.

  We had so many door knockers at our door after the storm, it was overwhelming to say the least. We decided to take a chance on ABC, as we felt their representative, John McCool seemed knowledgeable and honest. We are so happy we did! He made the process a total breeze. The insurance initially only approved half of the roof. John was able to get our roof fully covered after much back and forth between him and the insurance. The work was completed in 1 day, and their crew was so respectful of our home, making sure to protect the deck and landscaping in the process. Once they finished installing, everything was cleaned up so thoroughly! 10/10 would recommend using John at ABC!

  We had a really good experience with this roofing company after our roof was damaged by hail. The whole process went more smoothly than we expected. Robert was a big help—he was easy to talk to, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood what was going on the entire time. The crew did a great job, and the roof looks fantastic.   I had a great experience with ABC Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Robert was an excellent project manager throughout my entire roof replacement. He was professional, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly every step of the way. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the results. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, he even worked with me to get a great deal on new gutters, which was a huge bonus.
