Avoid Giant Roofing – Unreliable & Unprofessional I had a terrible experience with Giant Roofing and would strongly caution others against using them. My HOA called them out to my property twice, and both times, they showed up, took photos, and promised to return the next day with a crew. They never came back. No calls, no explanations—just complete disregard for their own commitments. When I followed up with their office to ask why they hadn’t returned, the receptionist assured me she would look into it. We ended the conversation on good terms, yet shortly after, I was told by her boss that they would no longer be returning, falsely accusing me of being irate and aggressive—completely untrue and frankly, gaslighting. Instead of addressing their failure to follow through, they chose to shift blame and cancel service entirely. Giant Roofing clearly can’t handle being questioned about their lack of professionalism. If you need a reliable roofing service that follows through on their commitments, look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

I highly recommend Giant Roofing! They replaced my roof and continued to come out to make sure everything was taken care of, installing vents and even caulking the rubber sleeve around my skylight. They are professional and always happy to help. Thank you!

It makes our day that you could see the very best in each and every one of our team — from Jose's excellent communication and Fernando's behind the scenes dedication to Lupe's warm heart and the crew working hard in the summer sun. We recently worked with Giant Roofing on a large commercial roofing project, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Fernando, Carlos, and Jose, the three brothers who own the company, along with their entire staff, were fantastic to work with from day one. They were professional, down-to-earth, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. The crew showed up on time every day, kept the site clean, and did an outstanding job with the roof. The quality of their work speaks for itself. They also made safety a top priority, holding morning safety meetings daily and making sure everything was done the right way. Communication was excellent the entire time. They kept us in the loop and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage of the project. It’s rare to find a contractor that checks all the boxes: honest, affordable, reliable, and just really good at what they do. Huge thanks to Fernando, Carlos, and Jose. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to anyone looking for roofing done right.

My industrial building had 2 leaks with all the rain we are having. My tenant was worried about his equipment and product getting ruined. I called Jose and he immediately send a crew out and fixed it under warranty with no cost or questions asked. I would use him again and highly recommend him! Tenant is happy.

What a great business. My husband first called them to get an appraisal. They made an appointment to come and look at the job. After looking around and talking to several businesses we decided to go with this company. We were added to their schedule. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They fixed a leak in our garage. It has rained more than several times since then with no leaks. They cleaned up and left no mess. My husband and I are beyond pleased with their job and the patch they did to our roof. This company is wonderful. His crew was done within a couple of hours. Thanks for fixing our roof.

From my first contact with Giant Roofing to my installed has been nothing but professional. Jose was quick with getting an estimate done and even with delays on my part he got me right on the schedule. His team was hard working and cleaned up everyday after work. They made sure they kept me informed with the progress of the install. After the roof was installed Jose came out and inspected everything. I cannot say enough about how great they were. I highly recommend Giant Roofing. Price wise they were much better than their competitor.

Jose and his team did an excellent job to repair my roof in August of this year. I received three quotes. His price was not the lowest, but it was very competitive. The roof tiles are more than 20 years old so it is hard to find the new tiles with exact matching color. When standing outside and looking at the roof, he discovered that one area of the roof is invisible. He suggested to take 20+ tiles from that area to replace 20+ broken tiles in different areas of the roof and then install the new tiles on that invisible area. I really like his smart approach. He did a thorough inspection after his workers performed the repair. He sent his workers back several times to do corrections. His honesty and integrity have earned my trust. I will hire him for any roof projects in the future.
