After researching roofing options and comparing shingles, I checked installer listings, online reviews, and BBB information, and it was clear this roofing company was the right call. As a Master Elite Contractor, Miguel and the experienced roofing crew went above and beyond my expectations. Miguel was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, detail focused, and always followed through, with help from a responsive office team that kept everything moving smoothly. They replaced the roof, added chimney blocks, and completed several other roofing related improvements with great care and workmanship. The crew showed strong attention to detail, kept the job site organized, and made sure everything was done the right way. Compared to other home improvement work I have had done, this was by far the best experience. Because the roof project went so well, when I decided to add gutter guards, they were the first and only roofing team I wanted to call. In Marietta, it is important to have a roof system that can handle heat, sun, heavy rain, and storms, and this team delivered exactly that. I only wish every contractor experience could be this easy, professional, and high quality.

we recently hired a roofing contractor to replace our roof, and after getting a few estimates, i’m really glad we chose this team. miguel and his crew were phenomenal from start to finish. i had to work on the day of the project, and miguel took the time to send lots of photos and even FaceTimed me so i could see the progress and get updates throughout the install. the new roof looks amazing and has completely improved the look of our home. the workmanship was clean, professional, and efficient, and the crew also paid attention to details around the siding and gutters. it was a huge relief to work with an honest contractor who communicated well, showed up on time, and delivered quality roofing work. if you need roof, siding, or gutter services, i definitely recommend getting an estimate.

From beginning to end, the roofing team was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. I worked directly with Miguel, and he was great throughout the whole roof replacement process. Instead of pressuring me into a quick decision, he gave me plenty of time to choose the right roofer while staying responsive and answering all of my questions. He explained the tear-off, new shingle installation, and overall roofing work in a simple way that made everything less stressful. The crew completed a full tear-off and roof replacement in just one day, and the finished roof looks excellent. I was also very impressed with the cleanup after the job. There were no nails, old shingles, or leftover debris around the property. In Marietta, where strong sun and heavy rain can really wear on a roof, it was reassuring to work with a crew that paid attention to quality and detail. I am very happy with my choice and would highly recommend this roofing company.

The crew was very polite and easy to talk with, and they clearly explained what was going on with my roof. I had a small roofing problem and felt unsure about trying the repair on my own. Miguel came out for a free roof inspection, looked everything over, and let me know the repair was pretty simple, but there is a minimum service charge for smaller roofing jobs. He also pointed out a few other roof issues I had not noticed, which was very helpful. Since it was only a few shingles, I felt more confident after the inspection and handled the small repair myself. They even followed up later to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Their honesty, courtesy, and helpful roofing advice made a great impression, and I will definitely use them for any future roof repair or roof maintenance needs.

i have worked with Georgia Family Roofing Llc for several years and expect to keep using them. miguel and the crew have replaced more than a dozen roofs for my company, and they also handled gutter work, siding repairs, and a few deck rebuilds tied to larger roofing and exterior projects. They even helped restore some older buildings, making sure the roofing system matched the structure and looked right. Their team regularly goes beyond what is expected on roof installs, gutter replacements, flashing details, and exterior siding work. When hidden damage showed up, like bad siding covering weak structural areas, they explained the issue clearly and kept the change order pricing fair. That kind of honesty matters a lot on commercial and older property work. Their attention to detail, cleanup, and workmanship has stayed impressive from one job to the next. They are professional, easy to work with, and always focused on doing the job right the first time. For anyone in Marietta needing anything from a basic roof replacement to a full exterior renovation, i would strongly recommend them. i have seen consistent quality, and they have been a reliable partner for every project.
