  I first reached out through HomeAdvisor when I needed a roof replacement. My shingles were worn out, and several skylights were leaking. Generation sent Leo out, and he understood exactly what I wanted for the roofing work. The estimate was very competitive and covered a lot, including framing a new pitched roof section, removing four skylights, taking down two unused chimneys, and correcting structural roofing issues so everything looked and performed better. The whole process was explained in simple terms, and they even added helpful improvements to make the roof look its best and last longer in the West Hills heat. I was very happy with the results and knew I would use them again for future exterior projects. I did hire them again later for more work on my older home. In addition to the roofing work, I needed updates because some exterior areas looked outdated and parts were coming loose. Everett came out, listened carefully, and made sure the project matched what I wanted. The pricing was again lower than several other quotes I had received, and the crew did excellent work from start to finish. They stayed focused on quality, completed the job with care, and clearly put the customer first. The house looks completely refreshed now, and I keep getting compliments from neighbors. I have been glad to recommend them to others because the workmanship, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you need roofing or related exterior work, this is a team I would confidently recommend.

  Generation did an amazing job on my roof. Leo was very helpful when choosing the shingles and did a careful roof inspection before the work started, even going up into the attic to make sure everything was checked properly. When the crew removed the old roofing, they found extra layers that were not expected, but they still honored the original quote and did not ask for more money. They even brought in another dumpster to keep the cleanup moving and haul everything away. The roofing crew showed up early each day, stayed on schedule, and worked hard from start to finish. They kept the job site organized, communicated clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and professional. I have not had the roof long enough to speak about long-term performance yet, but it already looks great, and I feel confident it will protect the home well for many years.   we just had our whole roof replaced and we couldn't be happier with the service. everett was very communicative and honest with us the entire time. since it’s been a busy season, they covered a leaky spot with a big tarp to keep us dry until they could do the repairs, and even came by several times to make sure the tarp stayed put after some windy weather. their crew is hardworking, polite, and always kept us in the loop about what was happening. after having a bad experience with another roofer before, working with this team was a real relief and we highly recommend them!

He provided my estimate quickly and explained all my repair options clearly, including the costs, so I felt well-informed.   I recently noticed what looked like a possible roof leak by my chimney at my home in West Hills. I reached out to a local roofing company and spoke with Everett, who quickly scheduled an appointment for me. Leo came out with his ladder and even used a drone to take a close look at the roof and chimney area. He carefully inspected everything and figured out that the problem wasn't with the roof, but actually with the chimney itself. Leo showed me clear video footage of the chimney from inside the attic as well as drone shots from above, which really helped me understand what was going on. I was really impressed by their quick response, professional customer service, and roofing expertise.   leo and his crew did a great job on the roof for our home. the previous owners had a roofer install the roof, but there were several mistakes, like not adding a ridge vent and using the wrong materials. leo's team used top-quality products, including weatherwatch and gaf lifetime shingles, which made me happy since i'm very picky about materials. they also added a proper ridge vent and replaced some damaged plywood that another roofer missed before. everett and the whole team were on time, professional, charged a fair price, and paid close attention to detail. i highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
