  We worked with Gen3 after our house took a beating from a nasty storm. They worked fast and did okay. Unfortunately, their work longevity is lacking. It has been less than 2 years, and we need repairs. We emailed and called to see if we could get an estimate for repairs; however, after the initial reply, we haven’t heard anything from anyone. It has been a little over 4 weeks, and still nothing. We reached out and were told we’d get a call back, but again, nothing. They are nice guys, but I would rather give my business to somebody whose work I can count on. Had another company come out and not only do repairs but go over and fix what Gen 3 did earlier. I do not trust their work and do not recommend. Very disappointing to say the least.

  Thank you for the feedback, we are sorry this issue was not resolved quick enough. The siding contractor that we referred was not able to repair the new damage you sustained in a timely fashion. Even though the new damage was not caused by our work, I am sorry for the frustration this caused. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future.

  I wish i could give Gen 3 a positive rating and would have up until these last monsoon rain storms. Unfortunately they did not install the flashing correctly to divert water away from a wall and it has now flooded our laundry room three times. I called Kyle and sent him a few emails. He and one of his guys came out and agreed that it was not installed correctly and said they would fix it. A few days went by with no fix and no contact from Kyle so last Sunday 7/18 I sent him another email and said we are expecting more heavy rains. No response from Kyle and now last night 7/22 the rain flooded my laundry room again. I now have water damage that we need to fix and still no call from Gen 3.

  I'm sorry this caused frustration. As mentioned a few times prior to us reroofing your home, the large hole in your stucco siding was and is the culprit for your leak into your laundry room, not the new roof we installed. We confirmed that with you after the new roof was installed. Kyle was kind enough to install a rain diverter on the roof to direct water away from the stucco hole in the siding to help, but was only a temporary fix until you fixed your stucco.   Full roof replacement, soffit replacement, gutter replacement- Excellent experience working with Gen 3 Roofing, they over-delivered in all aspects of the job. We got quotes/inspections from 4 different companies; we chose Gen 3 based on their thorough, detailed inspection, their clear, concise and detailed estimate, and their overall professional level of communication. Very satisfied with the job when it was complete. Aaron, Dawson, and their crew did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently, and left our home looking and feeling great. 5 stars, highly recommended.

  Had a time crunch on getting a new roof. Cameron, Aaron, and the crew all came through and exceeded my expectations. Best contractor I've ever worked with. Gen 3 has helped me on four different occasions and done a remarkable job with what I that to be very reasonable rates. They've found leaks, fixed roof punctures and did a specific job with a very demanding tenant, installing a ventilation system that removed exhaust out of the space and essentially out of the building keeping all the other tenants very happy. I don't want to go on but Gen 3 have been the best roofers/problem solvers I've every worked with.May 4, 2026
