  G.A. Bolt roofed my mothers home in August of 2023. There was water dripping from the water heater vent into the attic on the second floor. I have roofed in the past. I personally saw the water dripping. I soaked the water up. A restoration company and a plumber (the water likely damaged the water heater--the leak had soaked the decking and filled the drain pain) both said the leak was responsible. 4 minutes into me calmly explaining the situation to Ms. Bolton and asking what remedy they could offer she got mad and hung up the phone. This was after telling me that when they heard about the leak they immediately fixed it (they put some silicone on it) and that it takes two years for a leak to cause real damage so they weren't going to do anything else. Then an hour later she sent me 15+ text messages in 49 minutes, said I was making "false acquisitions" (her spelling) and told me to not text or call her. (I only made my initial call when she hung up on me. I replied to her texts 5 times. But the last three replies were only thumbs up emojis bc it was comical at that point)

  Georgeann's crew did a fine job installing a new roof. They cleaned up well. They did mess up the deck railing a bit during cleanup, but it was fixed. Georgeann was always fast to answer any questions, even at 10PM, and she took care of dealing with the insurance company. If you need a roof, I recommend you call Georgeann.

  Georgeann, repaired damaged chimney stucco and rotted eaves due to leaky gutters. Responded immediately and arranged an on site analysis and quote. Work done in two days. Georgeann ALWAYS stays in touch and follows up. She does what she says she will do . This is not the first time I have used her services. With her company… no hassles!!

  I bought a house on the golf course that the previous owner ruined with DYI throughout. I purchased the home knowing Georgeann and her crew could bring it back to normal. They brought it back to normal and beyond. I couldn’t be happier!!!

  Georgann is very detail oriented general contractor and focused on her client’s desires. She is present from job start to job finish. Ours is not quite finished but she will make sure it is perfect. She did our roof in less than 24 hours. Now she is building us an amazing carport.

  Ms. Gerogeann is the BEST! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. Everything was handled so painlessly, it was a huge relief, and we appreciated her and her team's transparency so much. Her team was also so polite and so fast! Everything got done precisely when and how she said it would be, and we were consulted on all the costs beforehand--no surprises. Plus, the roof just looks beautiful! Will definitely be working with her again for other projects. Don't sleep on GA Bolt! They're one of Little Rock's best kept secrets right now by far.
