His work wasn’t as precise as he promised.

Roofers and painters did an excellent job. The company is very unprofessional. They are unorganized, do not communicate with the customer, very rude and disrespectful. They need to show some respect to the customer.

Mr. Boyd, it is unfortunate you felt the need to end your project on this note. You were extended every opportunity to pay for the services you received in a timely manner, however, attempting to defraud us by keeping insurance claim payouts that were due to our company was the line we could not allow you to cross. As you know you have chosen us to work on multiple claims for you over the span of several years. You have worked with our father closely over this time and still chose the actions you did. Even after the dishonesty I did not mention it again and forwarded your Labor and Manufacturer Warranties without delay. Why? Because honesty and integrity are our forefront. While your review is your own it is not a true reflection of the hard work myself, my brothers, our suppliers, crew and father put into you and every family we are blessed to work with. I do hope we each take away a positive from this relationship. We wish you the best, stay well. Thank you, Melissa H., General Manager

G&F Construction LLC completed a roof replacement at my residence. They did exceptional work from the initial visit til the final visit. They dealt with the insurance company directly, keeping us alway in the loop and making sure all information needed was provided. I highly recommend them for your roof replacement. Very respectful with our property specially with my flowers. Thanks for the great service. T.I.Borrayo

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from G&F Construction! Their communication, planning, and roofing work were all top-notch. What's more, they demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism when dealing with my insurance company's delayed payments, sparing me unnecessary stress. The team, led by Melissa and Felix, provided an outstanding experience that exceeded my expectations. In fact, I was so satisfied that I referred two of my neighbors, who are equally delighted with their services. I highly recommend G&F Construction LLC! The company helped me submitting the insurance claim to replace my roof due to wind damages. The job was done in one day and just a week after my claim was submitted. We only had to pay the deductible. The staff are helpful, responsive, and professional.

I am very pleased with this company! The bay window roof leaked during a bad storm that came about a month ago and they came to replace the roof and repair the inside. The quality of work was great! It looked like no damages happened. They were quick to respond to our request. We will be hiring them again in the future!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company based on my experience with them. My friend had just recently received a roof replacement from this company and he highly recommended to use G&F. I called the company and asked them to come and inspect the roof and see what damages up there. Team came and did the inspection and identified the damages caused by the recent hail storm. Victor and Felix were both very helpful to get the replacement done in timely manner. Communication with the office staff was very good as well. I would recommend this team/company to my friends and family. Thanks guys!!!!

I used this Company for a Weather related Roof damage . The Owner Mr Feranadez himself assessed the Damage and explained in Detail the locations of Damages. He even went into the attic to look at the Decking underneath to see the extent of Damage. He was very Knowledgeable regarding how to submit the claim and explained the steps involved. With this I was able work with my insurance company and he was able to assist in Claims by providing with Pictures/Diagrams and works that needed to be done. G&F office staff also very supportive when Mr Fernanadez was not avaialble. The Crew which replaced Roof did a very Clean Work , removed all Debris and Nails after. The outcome was I got a Roof to the current Codes and also good Warranty . Will recommend this compnay to anyone in need.
