  Absolutely the worse. they are not responsible. they have done my roof. Called many times to fix leaks.

  Hello Michael; The project we believe you are referencing is in Altoona. We were hired by the previous owner and completed this scope prior to you purchasing this home. We communicated with our customer on this project directly. We got a request for a quote to install straps while the roof was being installed, however, we were asked to first verify what strapping system was currently in place. We informed our customer that for this home, which is a Concrete Block /Masonry wall house, HETA's were used (Heavy Embedded Truss Anchors), we forwarded the pictures of what existed and asked if he would still want to proceed with installing additional straps. After conferring with the potential buyer (you??) and reviewing the pictures of the straps we sent he declined to proceed with the scope for additional straps. We were never contracted to perform any strapping scope. A Wind Mitigation inspectors will not be able to see these straps at the end of the attic due to limited access and insulation obstructing the a clear sight of view, the straps were only visible when we removed the roof deck to inspect, that's why we documented everything with pictures which we shared with our customer. In conclusion, our closeout document, which included pictures of the final state of the jobsite was signed off and accepted by the hiring customer before we were paid in full. I'm confident that if you ever reached out directly to us to discuss your concern, we would have been able to clarify any misunderstanding you might have had and provide the insurance company with the pictures they need to complete their wind Mitigation analysis.

  Victor and his crew have come through for me personally and my clients on numerous occasions. He’s completed several repairs and full reroofs in a timely and effective manner. I’ve used him over the last 10 years and will continue to do so. He’s honest and hardworking.

  Hurricane Ian passed through Florida in 2022 and with it took the strength and stability of my roof. I had two quotes from two roofers that never even made it to my house, two expensive quotes. Victor from G&A Certified Roofing North came, he talked to me first, climb the roof. I could hear his steps and at the same time praying he wouldn’t fall in. He came down, met with me again. He explained everything he saw, a few days later I received my proposal full of pictures. You would think he was a photographer. The pictures had notes about my roof conditions. And with the lowest price. We have had rough weather since then and he always calls to check up on the roof. To me this is very important. I do recommend them every time someone asks me about a roofers.

  G & A made my entire re-roof experience a success. They handled all permit paperwork needed to get the process started. G & A staff had excellent communication with me and kept informed of each process. They were professional, punctual. Staff cleaned up all debris at the end of each work day. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of work. Highly recommended.

  G&A helped me through a windstorm. After tarping the roof, they replaced our shingles over the weekend faster that the two other companies that gave us a quote. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I have recommended them to my Neighbours.
