  This review is not surprising as it is from failure to make final payment on the customers side. The Job was finished correctly and because the insurance didn’t make final payment? The customer vanished. Our attorney is currently in collections with this customer and litigation due to non payment. We refer customers to public adjusters when they have no other option in their insurance claim process. We do not work for any public adjuster or have any control on that side of the process. This customer, signed a contract with us and had his roof done and when his insurance refused to pay the final amount? He stopped responding to our messages. Our contract is with the customer not the insurance company. Our reviews and reputation in the community for over a decade, speak for themself. My name is spoken about completely opposite of how this person tried to portray myself or my company! We help people get their roofs replaced through insurance when no one else can help! The fact this customer ran out on final payment after the roof was completed, cut all contact and now is making untrue statements on our Google? Is very wrong on their part. We have been nothing but very helpful with Mr Guy mentor, throughout the whole process but skipping out on payment and cutting all contact with a company that did their job? Is completely unethical. I have all recorded phone calls with Mr Mentor and proof of unanswered texts that shows the complete opposite of what he has said, that proves malicious intent to slander my company. This easily could of been rectified by text or call but instead, you cut all communication and go to Google in an attempt to harm my reputation. You clearly stated you only left a review after you had to pay the remaining balance. Your frustration should be directed towards your insurance company and The public adjuster, not my company. We did exactly what we were hired to do.

  This is a fake review. I can imagine by a competitor or somebody playing around. Post a picture of the contract as proof you're a client and we did work for you. We have no record of you as a past customer.

  They put a roof on my mother in laws house and it was a rush job but they performed with a professionalism and efficiency beyond what ive seen in years. That roof will probably last my lifetime. Definitely rhe company to call if u need a new roof

  Full Spectrum Roofing provided exceptional service and made the entire process seamless. I contacted Jarrod for assistance with the insurance process, which had been poorly explained by a previous roofing company. He guided me through every step, and the claim was successfully approved. The crew arrived by 7:30 AM and had the job finished by 3 PM. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and their professionalism. Highly recommend!

  Full Spectrum came out and replaced my roof after being damaged by Hurricane Helene. They did a great job, it was done very quickly and the clean up was fabulous. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

  We had a wonderful experience. Communication was top notch and all our questions were answered immediately, even with correspondence on a Friday night and a Sunday afternoon. Crew worked hard into the night and even repaired a leak we had when plumbing was knocked loose during the install. So far, no more issues.
