  I had water damage in a bedroom and had Fritz investigate it. They sent someone who had no intentions of getting on the roof because of an injury. This was a bad sign that I ignored initially. The guy proceeds to tell me that the damage to the ceiling was due to old plaster. There were no brown water marks. He said that that my problem happens in older homes. Plausible but ultimately wrong. He left me thinking that the roof was OK. I had called three different roofing companies. The next guy came and I was going to wave him off but he was at my door so I let him (Sargon Construction Corp.) have a look. He immediately recognized the ceiling as a water issue. He went up on the roof and almost immediately found the problem. He had me watch as he pulled out a nail located between shingles with only his fingers. The ill positioned nail rusted and created a hole through the roof. He looked around for other issues and found none. He fixed it and wanted no money for it. Good PR but we gave him money over his slight objections. The leak has not occurred after a number of heavy rains. I am patching the ceiling now.

  Replaced roof last year (2023) went into my attic recently and discovered that my attic fan was missing. in its place a new piece of plywood. I wonder WHO is responsible? Emailed Fritz but never received any response.

  Hi John. Call me at 630-816-0233 to discuss. Normally we remove Attic fans if we’re changing to Ridge vent and it’s agreed by us and you. Doug

  Fritz did my roof but it 's leaking called many times more than 30, they said someone will be there never came later they stop answering I think cause they check the number from caller ID. Also they took my screens to be replaced but never returned and installed. They digested the money from my insurance fast.

  While I was happy with this company 15 years ago, something must have changed. After trying to contact Fritz roofing THREE times for a inspection and quote on my new home, I never received a reply. I avoid companies with poor customer service. Apparently this is what happens when you have a concern about their work!

  I️ would’ve given them 5 stars because they did a great job installing our roof in January of 2017, but when we called them back to fix the downspout they installed, no one called us back. We called 5 times & couldn’t even get a phone call back. I️ believe that if you’re not in the market for an expensive roof-they don’t want to bother with your business.

  I had Fritz roofing reroof my home back in 2014. I have been very satisfied with the work! I have had an instance of an animal messing with some shingles recently and I called them. They came out right away and took care of the damage. Good customer service is what you get with Fritz roofing!

  An efficient, professional crew removed all old material, did some patch work, put down waterproof material in several problem areas, shingled and cleaned up in one day. I was very pleased with their care and attention. Give them a call!

  Fritz Roofing relaced our roof after the big storm. We were completely satisfied with the great work they did. A special mention out to Mark D Agostino he was outstanding. He worked very closely with our insurance company, State Farm. Dealing with insurance companies is not always pleasant. Mark took care of everything. He kept us well informed and assisted us in some decisions. Mark is a credit to Fritz Roofing Company.

  I was very pleased with the service, they are friendly and knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Pricing was also good. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
