The first three are Google’s own figures for Franco Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Texas roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Franco Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Thank you Franco Roofing!! Victor was great to deal with, he had his rep come to my house an hour after I called him for an inspection. They took care of the roof for me and I haven’t had any problems since. Referred him to my friends in Grapevine and Southlake

Victor was great, he provided me an estimate for an out of pocket replacement. Best quote out of 3 local companies. Fast response too

Franco Roofing gave the best price for my roof with the best quality. I was surprised by the detail the project manager Victor knew the scope of work and was able to answer all of my questions. Recommended them to family and friends.

Victor with Franco Roofing was great to work with. After the recent storm, he was my third quote and was very reasonable at the high quality he provided. Every question I had he was able to answer, I even needed some work done on the inside from the roof leaks and he was able to take care of those. Recommend Victor to all of my friends and family in the DFW Metro.

After this most recent storm in Grapevine, TX Franco Roofing came out the same day I called, inspected my roof, and thoroughly explained to me the difference between repairing my roof and replacing it in one go! Victor was great to work with!
What Franco Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Franco Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
