  Reply to JWC Response: I am 100% without a doubt a past customer of JWC and they know that but use responses like they did as an attempt to deflect, per usual JWC standards. Stay far away from this scam of a company. The lied on multiple occasions and claimed that my solar panels would be removed by a “Tesla Certified Team” which doesn’t exist. As such, my warranty was voided entirely. Then, they fried my inverter and tried replacing it with a knock off brand. Then in the midst of all this taking place, their uneducated disrespectful office manager called threatening to place a lien on our house if we didn’t pay the 2nd insurance check to them despite the fact that they had yet to address the solar panel issue considering I now had $30k worth of solar panels that no longer worked. This company is shady as all hell and their owner will respond to these reviews and it’s clear he’s also halfway illiterate and he deflects their problems onto everyone else as if they can do no wrong. But he sure can throw all the money they make off of people in your face on social media — do yourself a favor and stay far away from JWC.

  I'm sorry sir but we have no record of you in our system. Maybe you you thought we were somebody else. Edit: After reading your review and noticing the name did NOT pop up, we know what job this was as it is under a different name and this seems to be an alias. We used a solar compamy who told us they were certified and we had all their paperwork so the intent was not to be deceitful. We only use who we thought to be legit contractors. All of our other subss outside of solar have been with us for years. Unfortunately things happen in construction however, at the end of the day, JWC was the general contractor and we paid thousands of dollars out of our pocket, as we should have, to make it right and fix the problem. It was 100% fixed and working by Tesla. We apologize that you received anything less than excellent customer service and wish you nothing but the best. Have a blessed week, JWC Team

  Jwc met with me. I was not sold on the company yet so they came back another day with the big guns an sold a me a good pitch. Eventually I signed with them, they got the insurance estimate and a supplemental estimate and they weren't paying anything. It has been over 6 months and I have not heard from Jwc. I reached out to my initial Jwc rep who advised me he was deployed to the floods in texas and someone was supposed to have taken over my account. To my disbelief not a single person from the company reached out to me. Find a different reputable company that will get the work done and be professional even if they don't do the job. Jwc was very unprofessional with how my situation was handled. I wasn't even afforded the opportunity to get a cash price for a new roof even though I was upside-down with my insurance. Lack of follow up with tough jobs just chasing dollars.

  Miss Diana, Now that you've changed your reply we'd loke to give context from what chanhed a 5 star into a 1 star review. You called us out to assess a leak that happened years after our roof install. We walled your home and concluded that your leak was coming from your valley. The unfortunate issue for all parties invoiced is that your leak is caused to a foundation issue. Where the two elevations meet, your brick is literally pulling away from each other. We went up to i spectrum your attic only to find that you had roof built on top of another roof that was. Much lower pitch. This would normally be fine however whoever built it didnt even attach some of the supports to the lower roof causing a gap between the upper roof and the lower roof. This was either built this way or separated after your foundation started moving. If this was a JWC workmanship issue, we would have gladly dealt with it. Since its a foundation issue, we hope that you'll fix your review or at least take it down. We know these things are not fun and cost a lot of money but JWC delivered on our end ao we hope that you wont hold us liable for somwthing that infact did not have anything to do with the roof install.   Had one of their door to door reps come by and they seemed very scammy. Tried to tell me I should replace my 30 year roof and fix all of the obvious aging and hail damage. My roof's 1 week old. So obviously they'll tell you anything to sell you a roof and I would not trust anything they say.

  JWC was great doing our roof. Josh was especially exceptional. He walked us through everything and was there to answer any questions that came up( and there was a lot) I would totally recommend Josh and JWC for any of your needs!

  I am very pleased with my recent roof replacement by JWC. They are true professionals who did consistently good work (from sales through clean-up); provided quality products and installation; addressed any questions or issues in a prompt and fair manner; and diligently worked with my insurance company. (I'd especially like to recognize the team that worked with me: Chris Murray, Audrey Davidson, Brandon Torres, & the Crew!) I won't say that JWC has the cheapest quotes, but don't forget the old saying, "You get what you pay for." I saw firsthand how they did the job without cutting corners or covering over problems. I feel that I got a fair, quality installation for my money.

  I have been fortunate enough to have worked with many good vendors in ALL industries, but the one who stands out at the top is JWC General Contractors. They were referred to me by a handyman I didn't really know and I took a chance. I was having an issue getting my insurance company to pay a claim on my roof. JWC helped me in so many ways from referring me to a Public Adjuster (who was also excellent) to providing honest, attentive service. Today, Josh (my JWC guy) came over to get the final check from the insurance company. And while he was here, he noticed a clop had come undone on my American flag hanging over the garage. He got his ladder and fixed it right then! That is above and beyond great service! Btw, they did 2 other small jobs while waiting for the insurance company claim to be approved. They repaired the eves where squirrels were enjoying free access to my attic. A great job at a fair price. I also had some water damage in my garage ceiling that had been that way for 10 years! No one else would touch it. But their guys came in and did an incredible job. I've been working with Josh since October 2025. He is professional, personable and I would consider him a friend. I highly recommend JWC for whatever project you have.

  I cannot recommend JWC General Contractors enough! Before finding them, I had my roof claim denied a couple of times by my insurance company while working with other contractors. I was starting to think it wouldn’t happen, but Alex Murray stepped in and completely turned everything around. He is an absolute master at what he does—he took my claim from zero to hero, handled the entire insurance process seamlessly, and actually got it approved. Not only are they insurance claim experts, but the actual roof replacement was fantastic. They did a high-quality job, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. If you are struggling with a difficult insurance claim, look no further than JWC and ask for Alex!

  Josh Snowden at JWC Is Amazing! He made the process of replacing our roof as easy as it can be! He took over the whole process of dealing with the insurance and was in contact with us the whole way. I would highly recommend Josh and JWC to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced

  I had an excellent experience working with Josh and the team at JWC Contracting for my new roof installation. From start to finish, Josh was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job. The quality of the workmanship on the new roof was very high, and they made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. It’s hard to find contractors who combine great communication, honesty, and quality work, but Josh and JWC Contracting delivered on all three. I highly recommend Josh and JWC Contracting to anyone looking for roofing work. Great service, great results, and a company that truly takes pride in what they do.

  We are so grateful we connected with this company. The representative Christopher Baccus who came out was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Based on this experience alone, this is the ONLY company we would consider if we ever need a full roof replacement or any other construction needs. Highly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent service.

  JWC has proven itself to be the construction company I would highly recommend. From my initial contact with Alex Murray to Brandon with his crew to Audrey in the business office, everyone thoroughly explains what the scope of the project is and more importantly, execute what they explained would happen. Even more importantly, they advocate for your claim with the insurance company and document with detailed drawings and photographs that “speak” to the various levels of the claims department. This review may be lengthy but this company is impressive. It may not have put any extra money in my pocket, but I ended up with a superior end result.

  JWC, and especially Ronnie, came highly recommended by our family, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. Our experience couldn’t have been better. Ronnie was consistently kind, flexible, available, and supportive from start to finish.   Absolutely fantastic experience with everyone involved in the company. From the office to the actual roof job. The workers and Brandon all were careful and explained everything they were doing and kept us informed of the job. Ronnie was amazing! Helped us out tremendously with our claim. Could not have done it without him. Would recommend to anyone who needs roofing help.

  I don’t generally recommend contractors to my friends or family unless they have done an outstanding job. I worked with Chris Murray to replace my roof. I’ve had solar panels installed just a year previously. Chris and the team at JWC worked tirelessly to get the solar company, who had assured me I would not need a new roof for years, to recognize the error in their estimation. Chris was always responsive when I called and kept me appraised of the ongoing negotiations. The team at JWC handled all the negotiations between the insurance company and the solar company. When the solar company finally agreed to remove and reset the solar panels for a reasonable price, acceptable to the insurance company, Chris got everything scheduled. The day after the solar panels were removed JWC showed up and within a day I had a new roof that looked better than any roof I’ve ever had on this 30 year old house. After the solar panels were reset, Chris came back to make sure that the roof was still in perfect condition. I highly recommend Chris Murray and JWC.

He ensured our insurance provided sufficient coverage to repair all hail damage to our roof and home.
