Called and the guy answering the phone is extremely rude, hung up on me for no reason. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I had a few small issues at the beginning, mostly with scheduling and communication during my roofing service, but everything turned into a very positive experience. As soon as I shared my concerns, Shawn stepped in right away and handled everything with real care, honesty, and professionalism. He made sure the roof repair and skylight back pan replacement were completed on time and done the right way. The roofing crew was excellent—friendly, skilled, and clearly experienced with this kind of work. They went above and beyond while working on the skylights and even cleaned them off before finishing up. Since the repair, the roof has been holding up very well with no leaks, even through the hot Keller weather. I really appreciated the fast response, solid workmanship, and attention to detail, and I would gladly use this roofing company again.

clayton came out to inspect my roof in Keller and found one corroded nail that needed attention. he replaced it right away and also took care of a few other small roofing repairs around the shingles and flashing. the crew was friendly, professional, and explained everything in simple terms so i could understand the condition of my roof. they also provided photos i asked for, which gave me clear proof of the areas they repaired. with the hot TX weather and strong sun, it was helpful to have a roofer check these small issues before they turned into bigger problems. i really appreciated how smooth the whole visit was, and i would gladly call them again for any future roof repair or maintenance needs.

We had two large historic apartment buildings that needed a full roof replacement, and after years of handling roof repairs I asked for solid references before moving forward. I chose company: Rivera & Sons Roofing & Remodeling because they stood out for their fast roof inspection, clear estimate, and helpful guidance with the insurance claim for hail damage. Shawn and the crew showed strong experience with commercial roofing and multi-family properties, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The workmanship has held up great through heat, storms, and normal wear, and there has not been a single issue since the job was completed. I would strongly recommend them for commercial roof work, roof replacement, and storm damage roofing services.

Clayton and Shawn did an excellent job on our roof replacement. The whole project was handled fast and professionally. We were first told the roofing schedule would take a little longer, but Shawn called a few days later to let us know an opening came up and they could begin right away if we were ready. We were, and the crew got started quickly. This was a full roof replacement, including new decking cover work, and everything was explained clearly from the start. During the job, Clayton found an issue with the gutters and brought it to our attention right away. They fixed it with only the cost of materials, which we really appreciated. William was also great to work with. He came out first to inspect the roofing problem, went over our options, and explained the pricing for each one in simple terms. He managed the process in a professional way and made everything easy. The roofing crew worked hard, kept the area clean, and made sure the new roof looked solid and well finished. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Rivera & Sons Roofing & Remodeling installed our new roof, and the whole process went very smoothly. the crew showed up early in the morning, got right to work tearing off the old shingles, and stayed organized from start to finish. the lift cart they used to haul away the old roofing material worked really well and helped protect the yard. there was no damage to the shrubs or landscaping, and we did not keep finding loose shingle pieces later around the property. When we were choosing the shingle color, brian gave us several addresses in Keller so we could look at completed roofs in person and feel confident about the final look. that extra step was very helpful and made the decision much easier. each day, the crew cleaned up the jobsite well, which showed real care and professionalism. the finished roof looks great, improved the curb appeal of our home, and feels like a solid upgrade for the hot Texas weather. overall, they did an excellent job and i would highly recommend them for roofing work.

i highly recommend rivera & sons roofing & remodeling. my experience during the roof repair and full roof replacement was very professional and top notch from start to finish. william helped me deal with the insurance claim and made sure the adjuster’s estimate covered the needed roofing work in a clear and complete way. the proposal was easy to understand, fair, and detailed, which gave me confidence moving forward. once the project began, the roofing crew got to work quickly and stayed on schedule. they arrived early each morning, worked hard all day, and kept the job moving without delays. they also did a great job cleaning up the work area before leaving each day, which really showed care and respect for my property. at the end, oliver reviewed the finished roof work with me and shared photos that pointed out important details of the repair and installation. overall, i would strongly recommend them to anyone needing roofing service, storm damage repair, or a roof replacement.

i really appreciate the great service from rivera & sons roofing & remodeling. their crew finished the roofing job quickly and made sure to pay attention to the texas heat and weather changes. before putting up new gutters, they added metal fascia wrap and covered the eaves, which gave my home a nice, clean look. when they found unexpected repairs needed over my front porch, shawn took care of it fast and at a reasonable price. i was glad there were no surprise charges or upselling like you sometimes see with other roofers. the finished roof looks fantastic and now i don’t have to worry about water or squirrels getting in anymore. i plan to have them back for more work soon. highly recommend!
