I don’t know why you are messaging me about a new roof. Ive never reached out to you. There’s a reason I have no soliciting at my front door.

Had some scrapped windows (three) during the roof instal and issues (4 rounds) with getting working screens, and already had one of the vents on the side of my house blow off (plastic vents caulked to brick) (less than a year later). But the roof keeps out water, like it’s supposed to, so I’ll give 2 stars.

Judson helped me with a home I was trying to get ready to sell. I had Judsin examine the roof to determine if it needed to be replaced. He truthfully told me it was good! It did not need replacement. He went further. He met with my insurance company to reassure me that it was a good decision. Never once trying to get me to spend money that was not necessary! I appreciated his honesty and sincere desire to help. Plus he was quick to respond to my call.

Arrowhead was recommended to me by a trusted friend of mine after a hailstorm trashed our roof. Judson walked us through the confusing first time roof replacement experience. He kept an open line of communication to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the process. He made several trips to our house to meet the insurance inspectors, even on a holiday weekend. I would recommend Arrowhead to all my family, friends and neighbors. The crew was fast, clean and did a great job on the roof.

We have used Arrowhead for both our roof and fence. We have been very happy with both and the attention to detail.

Over the years, I’ve noticed a lot of Arrowhead signage throughout Little Elm so I decided to give them a try for my privacy fence installation. Great service and great installation and an even better price and I was sold. So when it came to replacing the roof, Arrowhead was the first company I called. Immediate and professional inspection, followed by a fast one day roof repair on a 4200 sq ft home. I was truly amazed!!! So I will forever be an Arrowhead customer.

Working with Arrowhead was absolutely painless! Stephen helped us asess the hail damage, gave us our options, and got the project started soon after! Our house isn’t too big, but the team was here early, was efficient and did a great job! Would recommend to others!

Randy and his team are awesome! They did a beautiful job putting a new roof on our house. Everyone was friendly, not pushy at all, and went the extra mile to make sure we understood the process. We will use Arrowhead again! The cost of the roof with Arrowhead is as well below the average quote we got from 4 other companies!
