I recently had a solar powered roof mounted exhaust fan installed and the installation went smooth and seamless! Mike was great to deal with and very knowledgeable and just a phone call away throughout the whole process. I intend on using MIKE and his team in the fall for a total roof replacement and would definitely recommend this company!

Five stars in not sufficient to highlight how great these guys are. Everything from the initial meeting with Scott, contract discussions with Mike, and the speediness of a complete stone coated steel re-roof was top notch. It was a pleasure to watch a crew that was dedicated to the highest level of detail and and dare I say it craftsmanship! I am now fully confident that my roof will hold up to the next hurricane since Four Peaks went beyond the Miami/Dade install requirements. For others looking for a superior stone coated steel install, look no further than these guys.

We recently completed a premium concrete tile roof installation using Crown Tile, Polyglass TU Plus high‑temperature underlayment, and Polyset AH‑160 foam adhesive for maximum wind‑uplift resistance. This upgraded system is engineered specifically for Southwest Florida’s hurricane‑prone climate, delivering superior waterproofing, structural stability, and long‑term performance. Our team installed Polyglass TU Plus direct to deck, creating a fully adhered secondary water barrier designed for extreme heat and heavy rainfall. Each Crown concrete tile was secured with Polyset AH‑160, a two‑component polyurethane foam adhesive that provides exceptional holding power without relying on mechanical fasteners. This installation method reduces penetrations, increases uplift resistance, and ensures a cleaner, more uniform finish across the entire roof. Homeowners in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and the greater SWFL region are choosing upgraded tile systems for their durability, curb appeal, and long service life. As always, the owner was involved throughout the process, from material selection to final inspection, ensuring complete transparency and confidence in the finished product.Jul 22, 2026Call now
