  Shelby is a know it all. Sorry to say, she is a bully and would not listen. I fully listened to her and asked clarifying questions to make sure i understood her, then when it was my time to talk, she refused to listen and got angry when i didnt agree with her. I was polite, respectful and professional to her but because i did not agree with her, she got upset and called me aggressive and rude. I tried to explain something to her about the wood on her shed, but since it was not in agreement with her she refused to listen and decide to label me. Our company did an excellent job for her, her roof looks great. She got fair pricing, excellent workmanship and a great warranty with a reputable company. I am glad that job is over and we are on to another job. I would not do work for her again and would caution any one else to as stay clear of her as well.

  This company carelessly dropped debris on all of my plants, drove their dump trailer over a Bougainvillea, and continued to do so even after we asked them to be more careful. They also broke five pots. Their crew leader told us that they would reimburse us for the damage. Well only after writing a bad review did the company even attempt to address the damage. It had been months that we had been patiently asking to be reimbursed for a fraction of the actual damage. And when they finally did get back to us, they offered to pay less than half of what we requested. The manager even said “We do that all the time!” when we expressed our frustration over them driving over our bougainvillea bush. So yes, I refuse to take down the reviews for a couple of hundred dollars. With the amount of revenue they’re pulling in, I can not believe that they tried to low-ball me on the reimbursement. They had a chance to make things right and instead treated me and my girlfriend with utter disrespect. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. Do you want your property to be treated like a garbage dump? Then hire fortress roofing.

  Well that is the third bad review you have left on the same one job we did for you, and actually it was not even for you, but for your landlord. Despite having spoken to you on several occasions and offering you a reimbursement for your broken flowers and flower pots, you have decided you would rather leave a bad review then get your flowers and or flower pots replaced. So you would rather complain than get it resolved. Furthermore, you were notified prior to the job starting that anything directly below the eve edges needed to be removed to prevent it from being damaged. We explained this to you before we started the job and then after the job as well. You have a two story, steep pitched roof, and when we tear off the roof, all the roofing debris will slide off and fall directly to the ground. It’s called gravity. There is no way to protect soft plants, pots or furniture, but should have been moved. But even after explaining this to you multiple times you still cannot grasp this concept. Then, even though we do not think this is our fault we offered to reimburse you for your plants, but you would rather complain then accept the reimbursement. i am sure you will have another rebuttal, but having been in business for thirty years, i know there are some people who will never be happy no matter what you do. I am sorry for you as a person because you are carrying around with you, anger, being upset, holding on to it, and bringing it up again and again to try to "get back at us" or whatever with your immature childish behavior instead of speaking to us directly and trying to come to a resolution. We know we did a good job, we know we did everything we could to prevent any damages and then even offered you a reimbursement for your troubles. If you choose to continue to be upset that’s on you. I wish you well and good day.

  I had a horrible experience with this company. I told them multiple times to be careful around our plants, and they did not care. Over $750 in plants were completely ruined, and that does not include plants that were also damaged. There were times when we communicated with the crew to stop throwing debris on plants, and then seconds later they were dumping loads of the debris off of the roof, onto those same plants. Shingles, pieces of wood, nails, and various debris were left scattered throughout our yard. They backed a dump trailer up into our garden bed, running over a Plumeria and Bougainvillea. The superintendent said he would make it right with us, however I have called three times (weeks apart) and have been ignored every time. I have texted the owner multiple times, only to be ignored. They must be ignoring me in hopes that I give up, that way they do not have to shell out any money. All I am asking is that I be reimbursed for the plants that were completely ruined. I have given them over a month to do so, but at this point I have lost my patience.

  Had an appointment for 9AM, representative called and found the house. I was not at home but someone was, they acknowledged the person and informed us he was going on the roof to check it out. Then he just left without even a by your leave. Never called me nor told the person at the home he was leaving. Don't want them back and would no recommend them to anyone.

  Robert Taylor did an excellent job. He took care of the business and contract part of the roofing job. He checked on the progress often and answered all my questions. Celestina emailed all the documents and paperwork in a timely manner and was very helpful and courteous on the phone. The roofers worked hard and steady on the task, and i had a beautiful new roof in just three days! I highly recommend Fortress Roofing.

  Fortress just replaced the roof on my garage apartment, quickly and efficiently. The crew was friendly and polite, and Karl made sure everything was cleaned up and the permit was taken care of and closed out properly. They replaced the roof on my 1924 steep roofed home last year, and added hurricane straps, which was a big project, and even after 100 mph winds from hurricane Milton, the roof withstood the wind and came out looking great! Thanks!
