  Even with a couple of rainy weeks causing some scheduling delays, Fonseca Family Roofing did an excellent job fixing a roof leak around the dormer window flashing. Jonah’s crew went above and beyond and handled the repair with real care and skill. They replaced the damaged wood trim that had worn down over time, installed new flashing, and added new hardboard on the sides and top of the window area. They also put in a new asphalt platform to replace the old metal one, which made the whole roof section look and perform much better. To finish the job, they repainted everything so it matched the home's trim, and the final result looked clean, solid, and very professional. Timothy’s team also did a great job replacing the water-damaged drywall below the leak area. They paid close attention to the installation and finishing work, and it really showed in the final result. From the roofing repair to the interior restoration, everything was handled professionally, and I would gladly use them again for future roofing work.

  If you need a new roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, or railing work, they are a great team to call. We needed a full exterior update, including roof replacement, new gutters and downspouts, soffit and fascia repairs, and a front railing, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. We compared a few estimates and were glad we chose them because the pricing was fair, the roofing crew was dependable, and the materials used were high quality. Asher and the team were professional, easy to reach, and always quick to return calls. The roof installation and exterior work were done with real care, and the cleanup was excellent with no debris or nails left in the yard. They also stood behind the work with a strong warranty, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was clear they had solid experience with roofing and related exterior repairs, and they even took care of a small chimney flashing and masonry issue at no extra cost. That kind of service meant a lot. We are very happy with the finished roof and all the other work, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.

  Truth be told, I work in solar and recently referred a family to have their roof replaced before the solar install. They had a black metal roof installed in Richmond, and the finished roof looks amazing with the black solar panels. My customer was very excited and happy with how clean and sharp everything turned out. Timothy treated them with kindness and respect throughout the whole roofing process. I also took time to check the company out, and they are bonded and insured for their roofing work. They are a local family business, and based on this great experience, I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. 5 stars all around

  We asked Samuel to come out and give us an estimate for replacing a few storm-damaged shingles, along with some shingles that had been affected by a dish mount on the roof. We also wanted a full roof inspection and an overall assessment of the roofing system. He was very helpful, pointed out a few practical ways to extend the life of the roof, and explained that some larger improvements could also be handled later when it is time for a full roof replacement. We hired Samuel to take care of the repairs, and he replaced the damaged shingles, patched a couple of small roof holes, and resealed the chimney flashing to help prevent leaks. When the shingle repair was scheduled, he arrived and noticed right away that the first bundle of replacement shingles was not the best color match for the existing roof. Instead of using something that did not look right, he went back and found a much better match. We really appreciated that extra effort and attention to detail. The repair work looks good, the roof is sealed up properly, and the whole experience was professional and easy.

  Worked through two days of rain and long 12 hour shifts, removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 12 sheets of roof decking across 3 separate roofs, and completed the whole roofing job in just 3 days. They also did a thorough cleanup when the work was done. These guys are family owned, professional, and easy to work with. They left the property so clean you could hardly tell they had been there, other than the strong quality of the new roof work. i have built homes for a living and can honestly say they do quality roofing work. They gave the lowest estimate, promised solid workmanship, and followed through exactly as expected. the crew stayed organized, the roof repairs were handled the right way, and the finished result looks great. i highly recommend them for shingle replacement, roof decking repair, and overall dependable roofing service. this was a smooth process from start to finish.

  Kristopher was directly involved with our new roof installation and was very helpful with a second project that other contractors wouldn’t take on. This included important roof repairs and extra carpentry work needed to put up a new canopy over our patio after it was damaged by a recent storm. The team made sure all repairs followed the local building codes. They carefully removed the fascia and gutters, making sure there was no extra damage and that nothing needed to be replaced, so the carpentry underneath could be finished properly. The whole roofing project was finished on time, the work quality was excellent, and the price was fair. We’re really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this roofing company. Kristopher will listen and work with you on any specific roofing needs you have.

  A little while after I had gutter guards installed with my roofing system, a few of the overlapping mesh sections started to come apart. I reached out to the roofing company to ask if they could inspect it, secure the panels together, and make sure the gutter guard setup was working the way it should. Within just a couple of days, Kristopher arranged the service visit and Asher came out to handle the repair. He did an excellent job, had a great attitude, and made sure everything was fastened down properly. I was very pleased that the roofing team stood behind their work and helped resolve the issue so quickly. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for roofing and gutter guard service in Richmond.
