  RGP Roofing (which apparently dissolved last week due to lack of funds) reroofed my home in May, 2024 I paid them in full and apparently they did not pay their roofing supply company, who then filed a Claim of Lien against my home! I had to consult an attorney to get this matter resolved. RGP Roofing customer service was nonexistent - the only one who communicated to me was the salesman. I was lied to and told they had paid their supplier, when they had not. I am a senior citizen who had to deal with the stress, and dishonesty and lack of communication with RGP Roofong (which I believe is now called FNF Roofing) My suggestions is stay far away and use another roofing company!

  Roofing and Gutter Pros recently replaced my metal roof with a shingle roof. My experience this company got off to a bad start, as one afternoon the foreman arrived (with no prior notice) with a trailer and parked it in front of my home. I went out and asked who he was and he said they were starting the job the next day. I was furious, as I needed to arrange to board my dogs. I was flexible enough to let them begin the job, but it went downhill from there. The salesman, Casey, made an excellent impression when he came to my home and spent time to answer my many questions. My experience was that Casey was the ONLY person with this company who communicated! The foreman/manager was not on site until I demanded he appear to answer my questions. While the crew were respectful and hard-workers, communication with them was basically impossible, as they did not speak English. Casey said the company told him they would not be finishing the dormer ends of my roofing trim (which was removed when the took off the metal roof). Casey was the one who stepped up and came out himself with a worker and installed the metal finish trim. The inspector told me he would not pass the job until this was done, or the trim painted. Granted, the roof is done, passed inspection but if it weren't for Casey (salesman) this would not have been done to my satisfaction.

  Very bad quality job.. definitely ***doesn't honor warranty or stand behind workmanship.. beware...do your homework ***check his background ...self explanatory...

  They did a roof next door to me and came over to my home at 7am and plugged an extension cord into my house without permission. Then when I call a guy answered the phone and yelled at me because they do that all the time and no one ever complains about it. Spoke to Ocala Electric and it is theft of electric services. The guy claims he apologized to the owner of the house but never spoke to anyone at my house. This goes to show that they are not good business people to think they can steal electric and not pay someone for what they used. Watch out using this company they are no good.

  May 2018 - Paid roofer 1/2 contract for materials - unsupervised workers spent 2.5 days tearing off old shingles, leaving staples, nails and much of the old underlay. New (scrap material used) underlay being applied as they go along, covering up old nails, staples and rotten plywood. 11 days later metal man comes, beats up new metal drip edge (metal parts were manufactured incorrectly), beats up fascias, and soffits. Note: all this was done without a permit being issued, Notice of Commencement, nor lien law detail documents being provided to me as a customer. Lightning rods were damaged and made unusable and one large skylight was not brought to the job site. Roofing materials were never paid for by contractor. After several unanswered requests to get management to address the issues, the contract was cancelled and new roofer hired. New roofer charged to remove poorly applied underlay, beat up drip edge, staples and nails plus the cost for plywood for rotten areas and the missing skylight. A most unprofessional, unethical and stressful situation.

  I did Not use this company but my neighbor did. We did not even know they were having their roof done!!! The guys worked so quietly!!!! It was the house to the left of us not a few houses down or around the block right next door. They were quiet AND meticulously neat! They did a great job and I promise when we need to replace our roof FNF Roofing is who we will be using! Great job guys!! A+++

  Casey with FNF roofing was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and communicated very well. He fit us into his schedule quickly and was able to handle our roof repair.
