  Had nails flying off Florida Best Roofing Truck belle terre in Palm Coast FL 9/13-we got 3 nails in one tire 2 nails in another had to replace 2 tires - they said they it’s not their truck or responsibility- did this happen to anyone else !!

  Horrific , unprofessional and messy . Damaged many items , broke leg on heavy table (visible footprint). Made many efforts to speak to owners . More than ignored , they came back and left a bigger . Do yourself a favor , move on and use a qualified professional roofing company .

  Hi Carlos, We apologize again for any damage to your property. However, we did not do any stucco work on the building that you live in where we are replacing the roofs so that issue is not due to Florida’s Best Roofing. Also, we communicate directly with the association of the condominiums and do not have phone numbers to each individual homeowner so, unfortunately, we could not have given you a courtesy call to let you know we would be replacing the roof and to advise you to remove anything valuable that may be damaged. We are still in progress of replacing the roofs and can guarantee that any mess will be cleaned up before we are completely finished.

  When putting in dryer vent roof attachment - screen must be removed,so exhaust from dryer may escape.Well they left it on and luckily a fire a year later didnt happen from clogged venting,,poor workmanship.Or careless employee..

  I had my roof replaced and I’m under a 10 year warranty so I have been trying to get someone on the phone through the 3 phone numbers from the receipt and no one has answered or called me back yet. I have a leak in my skylight. They previously came to fix it but the leak is back. Hopefully, through this Google review I’ll get a call back. Update: thank you for the reply. The job was done under a different name Irina Andrew’s, I sent you an email with the receipt I have Update 7/23: team came over and fixed the leak. Thank you!

  Working with the folks at Florida's Best Roofing was a pleasure. From the initial phone call to the final inspection of the work performed everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the second job they have done for me, and they will certainly be my choice for any other work that comes along. A great change from the mediocre to downright awful contractors I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend this outfit!

  After hurricane Milton we called Florida’s Best Roofing to check our roof. From scheduling appt. through Brianne to the roofing inspection, we had excellent experience! Everyone was professional, kind, and the gentleman that did our inspection was very thorough, knowledgeable & explained everything very well. No pressure selling either. Highly recommend!
