This is a terrible company.they have a guy by the name of jay that doesn’t even work for them but they let him,This guy came to my house and charge me for a A/C attics insulation and 3 windows. Well when I called the company they got me funding from they never said anything a the 3 windows on the contract . This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend no one to deal with this company. They have a company on the side that does the roofing company which they are so contracted through but when you call and try to get in contact with someone in the office, they never call you back. They never give you a response and the contract that they have you signed for is a contract that doesn’t even exist in their system. They overcharged me for a AC unit they charged me $13,000 for the AC unit and when I look back at the AC unit, it was only $8000. They charged me $8000 for spraying installation and when I look at it, Insulation for attic is only about $2000. He charged me $2000 a piece for each window. This is a rip off company and I will not recommend nobody deal with this company. The general manager and the boss never call you back. The sales manager is very lazy. He does not call you back. I have reached out several times about why these three windows that I bought are not showing up on my financial payout. This is a terrible company.$21500 for something that only cost 10,000 wow this company is terrible. There are a few more Home owners that have went thru the same thing with this company please be careful AK certified roofing / ak certified contracting LLC is a Rip off Company

From the reviews, I had an entirely different experience. No communication from the start. I had to wait a week, if not more, for the samples. The project was set to start in March, and to this date, I still haven't heard from anyone about the project's financing. Waist of time and still without a roof during the rainy season

I had an excellent experience with AK Certified Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing contractor. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Andrew, Delaney, and Angel were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process, making everything as easy and stress-free as possible. The quality of the work met my expectations. The new roof looks fantastic, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in their craftsmanship. Equally impressive was the thorough clean-up after the job was completed—the property was left flawless. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused roofing company, AK Certified Roofing is a great choice. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, and anyone looking for top-quality roofing services.

I had a roof leak in Palm Coast and called AK and they were able to come out the next day and get it fixed. Rolando was great and also gave some helpful information on shingle roof replacement and some of the grants and financing available. Highly recommend for any roofing needs in Palm Coast!

I called about a leak from the garage roof and after checking it out, they had it done in a few hours about 2 days after the inspection. The turnaround was a lot faster than expected. It has rained pretty hard since and no more leak. Thank you!

Had a good experience with AK Certified Roofing. We installed skylights and venting for a new bathroom . The pricing was very competitive, Mike ,our salesman , was responsive , the workmanship was good quality. The workmen addressed a few minor issues not in the scope of the bid at no cost. Based on my experience I would recommend AK for roofing projects.
