  I too would not recommend ELO Roofing for replacement of a roof. We went to the local office in Palm Coast to see about hiring ELO to replace our roof with a metal roof. We asked Sam, the salesman, what the amount due from US was so that we could pay our share in full. We were given a total amount due, right down to the exact cents and wrote a check. We also had new gutters installed last year and asked if the gutters would need to be removed. Sam told us NO, they did not need to be removed. So we signed a contract, paid our FULL share and left. Needless to say, there were a lot of issues during this roofing replacement. We many times had to have panels redone because they were done improperly. This whole replacement took over two weeks. Best of all, all our gutters were damaged. They were dented and scratched. We told ELO that we wanted them replaced not repaired since they were only a year old. ELO agreed but we had to use a gutter company that they sent instead of the company that we used. There were issues with the gutters also and we are not fully satisfied with the work. Now ELO is saying we owe additional money or they will put a lien on the house. The day we signed the contract we were given an exact amount due and thats what we paid. Now, the amount has changed according to ELO. So in closing this review, we will say that if anyone asks what company did our metal roof, we will say ELO, however we will also say DO NOT USE THEM.

  They were supposed to do a repair on our roof due to leakage, after they looked at it. They never scheduled. After calling them several times with no response, and waiting on them, we finally found a great company that got the job done.

  I don’t know if it’s only me but I have never dealt with a company like this. From the beginning of replacing my roof in August until now getting communication from them is like pulling teeth. Nothing was done in a professional manner.

  Hello Brianne, We’re sorry to hear you’re unsatisfied with your experience. This project has been with a Public Adjuster which can cause delays that are out of Elo Roofing’s control. We were waiting for the insurance company’s decision to be changed, which just happened in September. At Elo, we heavily prioritize completing work as efficiently as possible. You’ll see this is evident by the regular reviews that point out how fast Elo’s service is completed.

  ELO Roofing is actually ELO Restoration Inc out of Jacksonville. I suggest checking into this business before hiring. There are irregularities in their filing with the state Division of Corporations, including recent multiple name changes and registered agent changes. BBB shows 13 complaints in the last 3 years.

  Absolute nightmare... verbal promises not kept, no supervisor on site as told would be, inexperienced work crew that left an absolute mess and shorted out our breakers. Failed inspections, failed re-inspections, failed follow-up to re-inspections. Had to get pool cleaned and carpet cleaned from the mess that was made. Still picking up debris in our yard over a month later.

  Hello, Mr. Johnson, We are sorry to hear you feel this way, as we have done everything in our power to rectify this situation for you. First, we must acknowledge why the roof inspection failed -due to a defect on one of the shingles and some debris caught between the shingles while adhering. We went out and replaced the defective shingle and made sure we were fully aware of all concerns. The roof didn’t pass because the county tries not to get involved between homeowners and contractors before they give final approval on a roof or project. We are fully aware of this and had extensive communication with this homeowner, which this review fails to mention. We went back out once more to resolve the concerns of Mr. Johnson, and we were able to resolve them. He was also compensated fully by our company for both the pool and carpet cleaning that resulted from this situation, as we would never leave something like this unresolved. Lastly, we continued to follow up with the county, they have recognized the concerns, and the roof has now passed inspection.

  I don't even know where to begin with this. We worked with an extremely hostile and condescending contractor for a quote that our Landlord requested Very unprofessional. Please do not hire this company. Edit for the company: It is not my name attached as our Landlord requested the quote. I do not feel comfortable disclosing more details online or over the phone due to how hostile and agressive the person was at our door. Please consider evaluating your Team Members because this was unacceptable.

  Dustin came to evaluate the damage to my roof and put a work order immediately. Dylan expedited the repair and made sure our roof was repaired the next day. The men who made the repair gave us a seamless repair. If I could get a higher rating I would.

  Had a roof leak that was very to locate. Eric and his team was able to find the leak after only one visit. Within a week his very professional had the problem under control and no more leaks. The cost was reasonable and would recommend them to my friends. Mike

  Excellent job of identifying where the roof was leaking. Said they get me on the schedule in two weeks. However, call me the next day and said they could start the next day. Excellent job of getting the roof repaired quickly. Allows me to go ahead and put the house up for sale..
