  Do not use this company.they did repairs to my roof,gave me a verbal and written warranty for one yr.and have now made the decision not to honor it.

  Work took longer than expected, but worst aspect was the amount of roofing nails left behind! Multiple requests for clean up yrs later still finding them & they were aware 3 small kids live here!

  I was looking for an estimate and spoke with Austin. He advised me that for me to get the best price I would have to pay in CASH! not check or anything else but cash money. How am I suppose to get $28,000 in cash put it in a bag and make that transaction. It sounds very suspisious and not an ethical way to do business.

  Yes, we take all forms of payment. We also have financing. There is nothing unethical in offering a cash price with an interest discount to our customers. Card companies who charge exorbitant interest rates for credit card payments are unethical--we give ALL our customers their own financial choice. We also appreciate when paying customer give us a check that doesn't bounce :] Sorry we couldn't help you, Mr. Yepes.

  R&k certified Roofing is a complete scam. My roof was not damaged at all and they came by and said that it needed a new one. Not only that they dropped off material and left sitting on my roof for a week. And they decided to come out of the blue at 7:00 in the morning we woke up to pounding on our roof and head no idea what was going on. Kids were screaming and scared the company did not have the decency to knock on the door and explain that they were going to start work nor did they give us any kind of notice. Very unprofessional. Another thing that was ridiculous was all of my potted plants had debris all in them or they have to do is ask and I would have moved them but they did not give me a chance to do so. I called the company to complain about my damage plans and they told me it was not their problem. Do not go with this company. They are scammers

  Urgently needing repairs or replacement to both the main roof and a porch roof on a home I own, I was initially relieved to get a prompt (albeit amateurish) quote from R&K and signed up. Bad mistake! After a 2-month wait, I asked them to put on a tarp to prevent further rain damage. (I had to buy this for the princely sum of $2,000 but they were not willing to rebate any of this fee, even though they took the tarp and can reuse it.) The replacement of the roofs took 5 months - but resulted in unfinished facia & trim (not even primed!), an unattached gutter, lack of adequate flashing and a damaged driveway. When a new leak developed immediately after the original work, R&K's response was "it was built to code". So much for customer satisfaction!

  Mr. McNeil's statements are either misleading, false and/or are out-right fabrications. The simple truth is R & K Roofing is taking Mr. McNeil to court not the other way around. This is public record anyone is free to see for themselves.

  There are some very unsavory "roofers" working for them, one of which stole every thing in my home. R K roofing is aware, however, I did ask owner not to tell this "roofers" direct boss , as this "roofer" does have a family, & I believe his wife was the master mind. ( This man had told me was separated & of how unstable wife was mentally). It has been a great hardship. For this reason, I would not want them on my roof.

  We are definitely pleased with the work of R&K Roofing. We had severe damage during Hurricane Milton from a large tree that fell on our building. Trusses had to be repaired along with repairing the roof and replacing shingles. They came out immediately after the storm to tarp the roof for us. This is not our first time working with R&K. They have re-roofed this building as well as another building on our property before. Over the years, they have handled repairs and other damages to the roof from earlier storms. Each time they have performed the work professionally and thoroughly. Special thanks to Ms. Laura Cohill, Project Manager and Mr. Ken Reed, Owner.

  We have never dealt with a contractor who was so professional, honest, and true to their word. R&K Roofing did a great job on our roof and we didn’t even know they were here. Ken’s guidance and his crew did such a wonderful job. They took care to prep the yard and cleanup after the roof was completed was impeccable. They did an awesome job and our roof looks Magnificent.   R.&K. Did a excellent job, on time, great communication. The crew was very professional from start to finish. Showed pictures of bad areas and clean job site after completing the job. Price was great. Definitely recommend them.

  Our twenty-year-old roof had taken all it could from Florida sun, hurricanes, and wind.  As it was clearly maintenance, the roof would be paid for by my wife and me.  Yes, I also looked at dozens of roofing company reviews including worksites in my area to see for myself how the work crews were and even how long it took to complete the job. When the time came to make the decision, R&K Certified Roofing came out on top.  Should you choose R&K as we did, you will have struck gold.  The owner, Mr. Ken Reed was amazing  with his time, kindness, and especially integrity he gave to us.  Mr. Reed was there each day to ensure the job was being done correctly and also to see if we had any concerns.  (Of course we were very happy.) A gentleman named "Doc" and the highly trained crew were extremely professional, kind, and very hard-working and we hope they enjoyed the cookies, brownies, and popsicles my wife gave to them each day. We cannot thank Mr. Ken Reed enough for all his kindness, caring, and again, integrity.  If you are in need of replacing your roof with the best of the best, call R&K Certified Roofing.  You'll be glad you did.
