We found Jonah through a friend and were very glad we did. He first handled a full roof replacement and installed new gutters with leaf guards. He helped us pick the right shingles and color, and the new roofing looked like a big upgrade from what we had before. We really like the gutter guards because they do a great job keeping pine needles and debris from building up, which means no more getting on a ladder to clean things out. Later, when we needed more exterior work done, we called Jonah again because of the great experience we had with the roofing project. The work was completed on time, and the crew did a very nice job from start to finish. Everything looked clean, well finished, and professionally done. Jonah clearly cares about quality workmanship and makes sure his crew pays attention to the details. He is very responsive, easy to reach, and quick to handle any questions or concerns. It is clear he takes pride in delivering solid roofing and exterior service. We would highly recommend this company for roofing, gutters, and related home improvement work.

After dealing with a lot of roof repair and roofing work over the years, I learned that some roofers do not always work in an honest way. Kristopher was very knowledgeable about my cedar shake roof and was kind enough to inspect it for free, even before knowing if I would hire the crew. I felt confident right away and did not need to call other roofing companies. Kristopher and Asher carefully cleaned my shake roof, which takes a gentle touch and real roofing experience, and they repaired the damaged shakes with great care. The roof now looks beautiful, and I am very happy with the results. The cleanup was amazing too, with the property left neat and spotless. It is rare to find this level of customer service, clear communication, and quality roofing workmanship. I highly recommend this roofing team for cedar shake roof cleaning, roof repair, and professional service in Florida’s hot and stormy weather.

We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from the first inspection through the final cleanup. Asher was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional throughout our roof replacement project. He explained the roofing process clearly, answered every question quickly, and kept us updated at each stage, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away from the property. The crew also handled a previous roof repair for us, and Erick was great to work with as well. Both projects were completed smoothly and with strong attention to detail. The workmanship, communication, and care for our home truly went above and beyond what we expected. In the Florida heat and weather, it is important to have a roofer you can trust, and this team delivered quality service and a dependable roof. We truly appreciate all the hard work from the entire roofing crew.

one of the most professional and thorough roofing companies i've worked with. from the first roof inspection to the final cleanup, they stayed very communicative through the whole process and explained the roofing materials, shingle options, and warranty details in simple terms. samuel was top notch and always kept us updated, and the crew was easy to reach whenever we had questions. their pricing was competitive and better than the other roofing estimates we received. they showed up on time, helped us work through the insurance claim, and completed the roof installation quickly and carefully, with much of the main tear-off and rough work finished in one day. the architectural shingle they installed looks great, holds up well in hot, sunny weather, and came with a strong warranty. overall, if you need a reliable roofing service, this team delivers excellent workmanship, clear communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

We got quotes from three roofing contractors for our reroof project, and this team stood out right away. Their presentation was the strongest, with a clear and detailed explanation of the roofing process, underlayment, materials, and what to expect from start to finish. That gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward. They were also the only roofer who noticed an old unused chimney coming through the roof and explained that removing it during the reroof would help prevent future leaks and reduce storm-related risk, which is especially important in Florida weather. Their pricing was very competitive with the other estimates we received, so we felt we were getting strong value as well as quality work. After we signed, communication stayed consistent and professional. Scheduling updates were timely, and they were even able to begin sooner than expected. They also coordinated well with our solar contractor so the panels could be removed and reinstalled without causing delays to the roofing job. Once work started, Asher and the crew kept us informed on progress each day and explained anything they found during tear-off. The job moved along smoothly, the site was handled professionally, and it was clear they knew roofing work inside and out. When the inspector came for the first inspection, we were told we were in very good hands, and the roof passed inspections without any issues. The finished roof looks excellent, and we are extremely happy with the result. One extra thing we appreciated was that when the solar team returned to reinstall the panels, Asher took time to speak with them on the roof and make sure they understood the recent roof updates so everything went smoothly. We are very happy customers and would gladly recommend this roofing company.

i had a roof leak show up after some heavy rain, and the roofing crew scheduled a visit as soon as they could. When they arrived, they did a careful roof inspection, found the issue, and explained that it was connected to a small oversight during the original roof installation. They got right to work and completed the needed roof repairs with real professionalism and care. i was very impressed that the team stood behind their roofing work and made sure the problem was corrected the right way. samuel helped move the project along, kept things on track, and made the whole process feel quick and stress free. In florida weather, it is important to have a roof system you can trust through heat, sun, wind, and rain, and this crew clearly understands that. The service was honest, responsive, and focused on quality workmanship. They did not avoid the issue or drag things out. Instead, they handled the repair promptly and made me feel confident in the roof again. i really appreciate the effort, i am happy with the final result, and i would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repair or installation work.

we are a retired couple, and we felt very fortunate to meet timothy, a kind and honest roofing professional. the roofing work and roof inspection they handled for us were excellent from start to finish. he checked our roof carefully and gave us the good news that it still has a few more years left before we will need any major roofing work. we really appreciated that he was respectful, straightforward, and never tried to upsell us or take advantage of our situation. timothy gave us his card and explained what to watch for over time, which made us feel confident and informed. he also made a note to follow up with us down the road when it may be time to look at the roof again. on top of that, he stopped by our home in flagler beach to make sure our gutters were draining properly and that everything around the roofline was working as it should. that extra care and attention meant a lot to us. it is not easy to find a roofer who is this trustworthy, helpful, and customer focused. we will absolutely call them again when we need roofing service, gutter help, or future roof replacement.

I hired Carter Family roofing to seal up four leaking roof vents and install a solar attic fan, and the whole repair went very smoothly. After a big Florida rainstorm in Flagler Beach, the roof stayed dry with no leaks at all. The solar fan has been working exactly like it should, helping with attic airflow and heat. Asher also came back quickly when a piece of siding near the roof edge came loose after a strong storm, and he fixed it right away on the spot. Very reliable service, fast response, and solid roofing work all around.
