This was my first roofing-style project using metal panels, and tracy and his crew made the whole process smooth and easy for me. They shared helpful ideas, explained the materials in simple terms, and gave me the confidence to finish the re-skirting on my doublewide the right way. Their knowledge of metal trim, panel fit, and installation details really stood out. When i needed a specialty piece later, i explained it over the phone to brayden, and he got it exactly right. the whole experience was easy, professional, and stress-free. as a woman, i really appreciated how respectful, patient, and helpful they were throughout the process. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure i had what i needed for a clean, solid result in the florida heat and weather. I highly recommend them for their workmanship, roofing product knowledge, and friendly attitude.

I’m sharing this for a homeowner who could not post it personally. I had a roof leak at my home in Palm Coast and called Martin Family Roofing & Construction because the team had helped me before and always took good care of me. Recently, I met Brayden, and he was very energetic, professional, and ready to get the roofing job moving. He takes his work seriously, explained the repair process clearly, and showed real concern for making sure my home stayed protected from Florida rain and heat. It meant a lot to work with someone so kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. So far, the customer service and roofing support have been excellent, and I’m very impressed with the people I’ve worked with.

If you need gutters, fascia wrap, soffit work, or roofing help, Martin Family Roofing & Construction is the one to call. They replaced our gutters, fixed damaged fascia, wrapped the trim and soffits, and made sure everything matched the home well. From the time I sent in a request for an estimate, they kept going above what I expected. They came out quickly, took measurements, answered every question, and gave helpful advice without any pressure or sales games. Tracy was fast to reply to my emails, and I had a lot of them. The crew showed up on time, stayed organized, and worked hard from start to finish. During the project, they shared progress photos and kept us updated on what was being repaired and replaced, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They cleaned up as they worked and left our property in great shape at the end of each day. The workmanship, safety, and professionalism really stood out. In Palm Coast, where strong sun, heavy rain, and storms can be tough on roofing, gutters, fascia, and soffits, it was clear they understood what a home needs to stay protected. Their pricing was fair and competitive, but the real difference was the quality of the work and the care they put into every part of the job. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. When it is time for any future roof repair or roof replacement, they will be my first choice. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable roofing and exterior work.

Brayden and the crew did a very professional roofing and exterior repair job after strong winds damaged our roof and tore off a large section of siding. Brayden quickly put on a temporary patch to keep water out and stop the damage from …

Martin Family Roofing & Construction is the real deal. They were very knowledgeable about roofing and quickly spotted that a sagging gutter on one side was a clear sign that some of the roof decking underneath needed replacement. They also explained that water was staying too close to the home because the downspouts were not directing runoff far enough away from the foundation. In Palm Coast, with frequent rain and strong storms, that kind of drainage issue can lead to ongoing moisture problems if it is not handled the right way. I feel like another roofer might have just covered it with new shingles as a short-term fix, but they took the time to find the actual cause and repair it correctly. Tracy was easy to talk to, the crew worked carefully, and they cleaned up everything before leaving. It was also very affordable to improve the drainage near the house, and now the moisture problem is gone. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The main thing we keep saying is that the roof system costs more up front, but it feels like a one-time investment that should protect this home for generations. We are excited about the long-term warranty and the peace of mind that comes …

I want to share the great experience I had with Martin Family Roofing & Construction. I had Brayden come out to my home in Palm Coast to inspect my roof, and at first I was worried it would turn into a very expensive full roof replacement. After talking with Brayden, he clearly explained what was actually needed to keep the roof in good shape and protect it from the strong Florida sun, heat, and heavy rain without replacing the whole system. Instead of trying to sell me a brand new roof, he recommended a complete roof tune-up, including sealing the pipe boots, checking the flashing, and addressing the areas that needed preventive maintenance. I really appreciated the honest advice and the way everything was explained in simple terms. It felt like he truly cared about helping me extend the life of my roof instead of pushing unnecessary work. If you want a roofing professional who gives a fair opinion, knows roof maintenance, and puts the homeowner first, Brayden is the person to call. He also let me know he can inspect my roof each year so I can stay ahead of any issues. When the time does come for a roof replacement, they will be the company I trust. I am very thankful for the peace of mind and confidence I now have about my roof.

If you need help with a roof repair or roof replacement, had trouble getting insurance adjusters to move things along, or just want clear roofing info, call Tracy or Brayden and the team. They did a truly professional job from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, explained the whole roofing process in simple terms, and helped in many ways during the insurance claim. They worked hard to make sure my roof damage was properly reviewed and helped with other storm-related property items too. The crew was responsive, skilled, and easy to work with, and they kept everything organized throughout the project. In Palm Coast, it is important to have a roofing team that understands heat, heavy rain, and storm damage, and they clearly know how to handle that. I really appreciate the hardworking roofers and the support they gave me while working with my insurance company.

i had a rubber roof that was badly damaged by vultures, which caused major leaks into my bathroom and other upstairs parts of my home. the original roofer was not very responsive, so i reached out for help and tracy came out the very next day, even on a Saturday, to inspect the roof and explain what was going on. Within a few hours, i received a clear estimate, approved it, and was told they would schedule the roof repair soon. In the meantime, brayden completed some temporary patch work to help stop the water intrusion and protect the inside of my house from more damage, which was especially important with the heat and frequent Florida storms in Palm Coast. In less than two weeks, the roof was fully repaired, and i am extremely happy with the results. The roofing work was done professionally, the leak issue was resolved, and the cleanup was excellent. My yard looked spotless when the job was finished. If they handle emergency roof repair this well, i would absolutely trust them for a full roof replacement too.
