  Excellent! I would highly recommend Florida Southern Roofing anytime. They are very courteous and highly responsive to the issues I had. The tech that was here yesterday, Horacio and his partner busted their asses, repairing my issue. They spent the entire day here making sure all the damage was ripped out and repaired. FSR has always been very responsive, and on time, each time! Thanks again! Follow up… well sad to say while they are responsive, they (in my opinion) aren’t hiring qualified nor are they training good people. Service has definitely gone downhill.

  Waited weeks for an appointment, then waited hours for the representative for that appointment. Didn’t show. No word from him. I’ll use someone else!

  They came and put a tarp on after hurricane ian, $2200. Then told me they would be out for an estimate, never showed. They called 2 times to let me know that they would be out soon and never showed. I called 2 more times and they never showed.horrible customer service.

  I cannot recommend a business that does not have the courtesy or professionalism to return my calls asking for an estimate. On an initial call they took my name and phone but did not call back. I waited nearly 2 weeks then left them a voice mail, then a 2nd VM after another week. Nothing but wasted time and effort.

  Under normal circumstances, I would completely agree with your assessment of our follow-up. However, the sheer volume of calls in the wake of Hurricane Ian has made it impossible for us to return calls as quickly as we're accustomed to. Our office staff has been working nonstop to return as many calls as possible each day, but it's simply going to take us some time to work through the thousands of calls we’ve received since the storm. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope you were able to find someone who could address your roofing concerns in a timely manner.   FL Southern Sold me a TPO roofing system, flat roof.. tapered to have no roof standing water. They removed any sub-strait plywood that was questionable. They say now it's settled and here shouldn't be any swells holding water.. I'm not done …

  Mr. Cobert, I’m truly sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, your home had severe settling causing deflection in the roof deck. During the re-roofing process we added the ¼” per ft slope as proposed in our contract. This did have success in creating positive drainage on your flat roof. Images prior to us re-roofing your home show your roof completely underwater. The small “bird baths” at the perimeter are to be expected and dissipate quickly. Your new roof meets or exceeds all manufactures and code requirements for positive drainage and will service your home well.

  Highly unsatisfied. Our condo association hired this company and we asked before our roof was repaired what measures were expected to remove all nails from the front lawns where we walk with our dogs. My spouse stepped on one nail and luckily it did not go through the sole, another punctured one of our bicycle tires. In all 5 nails were found and I wish I could upload pictures of them all. Calls to Carlos were not returned and one call the associate ended up hanging the phone up on me.

  It was a very good experience from start to finish. Salesperson Chad gave us several options and answered all the question we had. Foreman Chris's crew were very polite and respond to our request for certain requirements we had. They cleaned up every day before they left and used a magnetic roller on the lawn and surrounding area. They got on our tile roof on Monday and were off it on Thursday. 06/2026----We had an issue with some sort of water leak coming thru a part of the fascia board. I wasn't sure if it was roof related or gutter related. I called Mary at Florida Southern Roofing and explained my situation. She assured me that a Supervisor would be out that day to help us out. Dakota Wilson showed up that afternoon and got on the roof and surveyed our issue.. He showed us photos of the issue, which turned out to be a combination of a gutter issue and a roofing issue. Mr.. Wilson assured us that Fl Southern could repair the fascia board and the cause of the issue. 2 Days later Jose and his partner Carlos were at our door at 9AM and went right to work laying down a large plastic sheet to protect our pool deck. They worked quietly that day and were done by 3PM. After we painted the fascia board , we couldn't even tell where the repair had been made--Really NICE work on their part. Once they cleaned up and left, you couldn't even tell they had been there. We highly recommend Fl Southern Roofing, everybody we spoke to was very friendly and explained every step of the process with pictures and diagrams. Their pricing was very fair, THANKS Florida Southern Roofing for a great experience !!! Bob & Carol Holmes

  KFlorida Southern roofing is absolutely the best, most professional, very courteous.. they were able to find something quicker than anybody that I’ve used in a while. Their rates are not necessarily the cheapest but when they’re done, it’s really fixed. Mary, is the greatest at scheduling,Mike, Christian and Joel work and work to get the job done in this heat 🩷… they had to repair what another company did as a repair that actually was horrible….
