Apparently their sales people do not know how to read. Big sign on my door that says "No Soliciting", yet they knock anyway and try to sell us on a roof.

Drove their truck all over our yard and refused to repair it. I’d recommend going with another company.

10/10 Sam Wells was our guy ,honest and trustworthy ,he made the entire process head ache and hassle free. Everything played out exactly as he said it would. My roof took a beating from a storm back in August so I had Sam from Florida roof advisors take a look, and thank God I did, it is an absolute disgrace how my Insurance Company , that I thought had my back, treated me like some sort of criminal . We pay these people monthly Haven’t filed a claim in 20 years and treated like dirt. After an interrogation from my bully insurance company I was almost ready to back out and call it quits. But I’m glad I didn’t. Sam got my entire roof replaced only thing I paid was my deductible ($500bucks) ! Not only that after the new roof was on. I shopped insurance and couldn’t believe how much cheaper it was ! Saved $25k and cut my premium in half ! Thank you Sam and thank you Florida roof advisors 🙏
