Home owner beware! These guys won't honor the warranty they told me I had on the shotty work they installed now the owner is threatening me with phisical violence! I am posting my conversation with one of the owners from today to make it public record if something happens to me.

My roof is falling apart after 5 years of installation and this company is unresponsive to our calls to come and fix it. Come to find out, after a warranty claim with Owens Corning, the shingles were improperly installed. Is anyone from your company going to fix this? You are ignoring us at this point and that is bad business all around!

Florida Res Com made getting a new roof easy and affordable. Includes a free wind mitigation report with the new roof. These guys were fast, efficient too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new roof.

Service, price and communication before, during, and after our reroof job we're top notch!! They were patient while we waited for our insurance claim to process and we're available for all the questions we had. I can't recommend them enough!!!

We have worked with Florida ResCom Roofing for minor roof repairs after hurricane Irma, Helene and Milton. It only made sense to use them again when we needed to replace our roof which turned out great. Brendan went above and beyond for us, even let us know when the My Safe Florida program reopened and I was able to get signed up and approved. 10/10 recommend this company.

Just got my new roof and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Florida Res-Com Roofing. Thank you Brendan for your expert knowledge and guidance throughout the process. Thank you Mike my foreman and the crew for the excellent work and cleanup. So glad my friend recommended your company, and I am already recommending it as well!

My roof looks great. Solid communication from the owners. Overall no complaints. Brendan and Terry were a pleasure to talk to (although Brendan was a bit goofy).

I worked with Corey Creech for both a roof replacement and solar installation — he was honest, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The process was smooth, communication was great, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this company enough. Fair prices, great work, excellent communication. I hope we don't need a new roof for some time but if we do, I'd gladly use them again!

For roof issues, contact Corey first! Wow! Corey does such a great job answering questions about roofs and solar! You can ask him anything and he's your guy. His team provides excellent services!

Salesman Corey with Florida Res com Roofing was recommended to me to get a quote on a new roof. He was a man of his word he showed up when he said he would and inspected and quoted my roof within a day and presented a nice package which I reviewed and compared with my other quotes. Unfortunately, I did not use this company however, I would recommend this company as he was honest, explained everything well, and was available for communication after the initial visit. Honesty, integrity, and competitive pricing fits in line with what I was looking for, however I had a more attractive financing opportunity with another company. That being said, I would highly recommend this company for future Roofing needs and give it 5 stars I'm sure they would have done an excellent job installing a new roof.
