  I've gotten multiple unsolicited cold calls from them. Everytime I block the number the next call is from a new number. Clearly from the other reviews this has been a problem for a while and they have done nothing to address it. I highly recommend firing whatever bad lead gen company you hired before their cold calling destroys all your google reviews

  Good afternoon Maicol, As the owner and manager of a small company, it's definitely important for me to get feedback from the community on how my business is perceived. When something like this is brought to my attention, I certainly take action and will speak to this driver as thankfully you were able to give me enough information so that I know which of my drivers it was. He will be reprimanded and another complaint like this will result in his loss of privileges with a company truck.   Received an unsolicited cold call from this company eventhough I'm on the do not call registry and have never given them my information. I'll never do business with the company that calls my personal phone during business hours.

  Received an unsolicited cold call from this company eventhough I'm on the do not call registry and have never given them my information. Then when I respectfully asked to be removed from their list the lady asked why instead of just doing as I asked. When I started to explain why she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and doesn't give much confidence to their customer service to say the least. Beware.

  Great experience with 5 Star Roofing start to finish. Showed up on time, did solid work, didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Highly recommend if you're in Central FL and need a roof fixed or replaced.

  Had 5 Star Roofing come out for a roof repair and honestly couldn't be happier. They were quick to get someone out, explained everything in normal terms (not confusing sales talk), and the crew was respectful of our property — cleaned up all the mess when they were done. Pricing felt fair for the quality of work. If you're in the Orlando/Central FL area and need roofing work done right, these guys are worth calling. Will use them again if we ever need anything else done!

  This is DEFINITELY the best roofing company!! From start to finish Alex walked me through the process, and answered all my questions. Their quote came in at a very reasonable rate given they use a higher quality shingle than others. Their team was very respectful of the property, and actually it looked better after they left!
