  Florentino Family Roof Repair came out to inspect the roof and gutter replacement on my home. After I explained my concerns, Matthew and John put together a clear plan to replace the roof, install new gutters, and correct the attic ventilation issues I had been dealing with. The roofing crew finished the work in one day, were very professional, and left the property spotless. The gutter crew arrived the next day and did the same great job. I could already notice a difference in comfort inside the house once the roof ventilation was fixed, which really matters with New Jersey weather. John stayed involved through every step of both parts of the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work. The price was a strong value for the level of service, roofing skill, and attention to detail I received. Since a full roof system is something most homeowners only want to handle once, I wanted it done the right way. They absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I would use them again for future exterior work on my home.

  I am very satisfied with the roofing work done on our home. The crew was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The new roof looks great, the pricing was fair, and the installation moved along quickly while keeping the property neat and clean. There were a few minor issues during the gutter portion of the project, but they were handled professionally and with care. The gutter team worked to make adjustments so the drainage would perform as well as possible with the way the roof line was built. They took the time to come back out, review the water flow, and make improvements where they could. I appreciated their effort and willingness to help. Overall, we are happy with the finished roof system and the clean appearance it gave our home. The company delivered solid workmanship, communicated well through the project, and showed real professionalism. Even with a few small challenges, the final result was a strong, attractive roof and gutter setup that adds value and protection to the house.

  After a recent storm, a large tree crashed into our roof and punched through the ceiling above the main bedroom, causing heavy water leaks. I called the roofing company the next day once it was safe, and Matthew arrived very quickly to inspect the damage. He put a strong emergency tarp over the damaged roof section right away to stop more leaks and help keep out pests and debris.   No matter what kind of roofing help you need, it would be tough to find a better roofer to work with. I manage several properties and plan to send as many roofing opportunities as I can their way. I have now used both the residential roofing team and the commercial roofing team, and both experiences were excellent. Each crew was responsive, quick, honest, fair, and went beyond what I expected in service, professionalism, workmanship, and pricing. Over time, I first called them for my own home and had a great experience. They inspected my aging roof and were straightforward from the start. Instead of pushing a full roof replacement, they explained that the roof was still in generally solid shape. While they were up there, they secured a loose ridge vent that had been causing a small leak, and they handled it without charging extra. They also provided a roof replacement estimate because I asked for one, and the quote was clear, professional, and very competitive compared with other certified roofing contractors I contacted. That honesty and practical approach really stood out. Because of how well that residential roofing visit went, I reached out again for a property I manage that had a leaking flat roof. This time I worked with Geoffrey, and the commercial roofing side was just as impressive. He came out quickly to inspect the flat roof issue, communicated clearly, and sent over a quote right away. We chose this roofing contractor because they had strong shingle and flat roof certifications, and their estimate was very competitive compared with the other roofing quotes we received. All the old roof sheeting was replaced because it had mold, and they put on high-quality architectural shingles. I really liked how careful the crew was—they made sure to protect the plants and the heat pump around our house. After the job was done, they used a rolling magnet to pick up any leftover nails, which was great since we have young kids playing in the yard. I was so happy with their work that I asked them to do the roof on our second house. Nolan, the foreman, took the time to explain each step and actually went above and beyond what was expected.
