  Overall clown show operation I can not recommend enough you use another roofer. I called them out to get a quote for what seemed to be a minor roof leak. They couldn’t tell me that the water was coming from the roof but they were sure happy to take my money. Good reviews on here so I went with it. I email them back to say I want to get it done. I hear nothing from them for 2 months. Then one day someone says we are coming today to fix the roof. No one ever contacted me. Then I get the invoice. I call them to try to pay it but no one ever picks up. If you do get the secretary she has no idea what’s going on. So I send a check in the mail. Next time I hear from them is the owner threatening me and my family, he is going to come to my house, he is going to put a lean on my house. Except I sent him a check in the mail 2 weeks prior that he was too lazy to check. Totally ridiculous. Please there are lots of good roofers around this is not one of them. The good reviews have to be fake or just from his buddies.

  Very disappointed with the level of workmanship on a home I purchased that was reroofed in 2018 by FB. The owner was very dismissive about the leaks I was experiencing over my patio and kitchen, claimed it was due to storm damage. He prescribed a series of repairs that didn’t fix the issue. He nor any of his employees even bothered to really check what the roof looked like or got into the attic to inspect the damage. He claimed to use satellite imagery to diagnose the issue. I had 3 other local roofing companies come out and state the roof has no storm damage at all, but the issues I was experiencing were due to poor workmanship. I’ve had to spend over $14,000 repairing a portion of my roof due to it leaking and causing a serious amount of wood rot on the roof. Additionally, a significant amount of non rotted wood had to be replaced due to the gaps between the decking being greater than code allows and pieces that weren’t even straight or split, which my current roofer said likely comes from FB not measuring the planking when the roof was done in 2018. Now, the roof is leaking in additional places. Again, had another local roofer come out and say there’s 0 storm damage, even after Milton. I’m now looking at having to spend tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket to replace a 6 year old roof because of FB doing a poor job and the fact that homeowners insurance doesn’t cover workmanship defects. In response to the comment from the owner, the job was obviously done wrong from the beginning and won’t take ownership in the issue of the work his crew did because the warranty is expired. The problem was evident well before the warranty expired in 2023. It’s blatantly obvious the decking should have been replaced after the roof was pulled off in 2018. There’s gaps of 1/2 an inch or more in spots, places you can put 2 or 3 fingers in. Will be following up with DBPR regarding the matter.

  I had great experiences with FB on (4) transactions ( two replacements, two repairs). The last replacement began to leak before the warranty expired. Long story short . . . they made (4) trips out to my elderly family members house. When that repair didn't work, they decided they didn't want to deal with me (son) any more and refunded a years old payment instead of just fixing the roof the right way. Their repair man is fantastic, but they send him out each time with instructions to fix it as cheaply as possible and then ignore calls for two more months when it doesn't work. The owner talks loudly enough for me to hear him on the phone with his repair guy. I can hear, "is he there watching you again?" . . meaning me, out there observing b/c my elderly family member is too easy to ignore. Was a fantastic company two decades ago . . and judging by the reviews, they do fine most of the time. This two year long transaction was a mess. For the time they spent (roughly 17 hours total) on four attempted repairs, they could have stripped the section of roof and fixed it properly.

  We used this company for a roof repair. They eventually came out and were supposed to replace like for like. Instead they used a white tile. We called multiple times, no return call. I wouldn't recommend. Hopefully the repair holds.

  I tried over the course of a month and no less than 8 phone calls to try and give this company our business. I Was told repeatedly that I would get a call back and never did. Initial appointment was set and no one ever showed up. After placing the 5th call and obviously being a bit frustrated, someone showed up without an appointment. This is a large commercial property so he was shown the areas of concern. The employee asked for roof access to inspect and said he would let me know his findings when he was done. The roofer left without communicating with anyone, leaving the roof access door open. I never heard back and after several days reached out again. Again I was told I would get a call back. After 2 more weeks and 3 more calls, we have finally decided to move on to another company. i have yet to get a call back from anyone at this point. Very poor business model if returning potential customers phone calls is not a priority. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

  They had someone come out to my house to give me an estimate and was told I would receive it later that day. When I didn't receive it I called and asked when I would get it and was told I would have it the next morning. It is now after closing hours of the next day and no report. Very frustrating and irresponsible.

  Had the pleasure of meeting Cam today as I had a couple of leaks that showed up on my ceiling. Cam and company are top notch, very experienced and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend them for all of your roofing needs! Customer for life!

  As a single mother and a homeowner, having anything broken or needing repairs is daunting (financially AND the aspect of not knowing if the company is going to be honest with you!) I highly recommend Fleming Brothers Roofing for many reasons. Without getting too descriptive, I had my roof replaced only 3 years ago using a different company. You can imagine how shocked I was when I began to see dark spots appearing on my ceiling underneath my skylights SO quickly! Then came Hurricane Milton, and the spots became even worse. I posted in my cities' Facebook page to request a recommendation for roof repairs- at least 15 of the 20 comments highly recommended Mike Fleming with Fleming Brothers Roofing. From start to finish, Mike communicated with me and was always up front. They replaced (very cheap/bad skylights) with skylights of higher quality for a very fair price. They showed up when they said they would, they left no materials behind, and they even made a small repair unrelated for me while up there. Give Mike a call, this business is family owned and operated with morals and honestly.

  Fleming Brothers Roofing replaced my tile roof. They did a great job! Once the tile was delivered, they started the job and was finished in just a few days. They were very good about cleaning up the job site before they left for the day. I would highly recommend Fleming Brothers Roofing.

  To be honest, we were not looking forward to selecting a company to replace the worn out roof on our home. Fleming Brothers Roofing was recommended to us by a friend here in Oviedo and after meeting with Evan Fleming, we knew we had found the right company. From start to finish, Evan, Alex, Stephani, Marta and the installation crew, were professional, friendly, and explained everything in clear, easy to understand terms. Their pricing was beyond competitive. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just an honest explanation of their processes, practices and the products they used. They will not try to sell you something that you do not need. All of the shingles and underlayment used are rated for 130 mph winds. The staff acquired all of the necessary permitting. The work crew arrived promptly and started work immediately. They were very respectful of our property and paid attention to every detail of the installation. After the job was complete, the clean up was very thorough and none of our shrubs, plants, lawn or outdoor décor were harmed in any way. We highly recommend Fleming Brothers and we can easily see why this family owned company has been in business for four generations.

  Love this local, family owned business. We have used them on our personal house as well as several other projects. Their employees were prompt, professional and courteous every time we've used them. We've also recommended them to several friends and family and they've all been just as happy. Highly recommend them.

  Fleming Brother's is the BEST roofer in Central Florida! They have reroofed all my family’s roofs, my friends’ roofs and clients’ roofs! They are very competitive with pricing, and they keep a very clean job site…..they never leave nails behind. That’s huge, considering how many tires I have popped with other roofers on the job. They are run by a family that care about their clients and make sure the job is done right! Thank you Fleming Brother’s for making a re roof easy and painless!!

  We selected Fleming Bros to reroof our home because 4 or 5 years ago we had a problem with a section of roof shingles that needed to be repaired. We called around to 8 or so roofing companies. Half never even returned our calls, a couple more called back to say they don't do roof repairs just reroofing and another company wanted $500 to come out to spend 20-30 minutes to do the repair. Just when we had given up all hope, Fleming sent out a fourth generation member of the family to take a look. He offered to do the job for a very reasonable cost and scheduled the repair for a few days later. We were happy with the result and promised to use them when it came time to replace the roof. That time did come in late June 2024 so we took 3 bids including one with Fleming. The bids were fairly close in price , Fleming was not the cheapest but we felt very comfortable that they would do a great job. Evan, a 4th generation member of the Fleming family was our go to man and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We visited their modest office in Oviedo and enjoyed chatting to the friendly staff and picking out the color for the shingles. We learned more than most people will ever know about roofing and shingles in particular - but it was fun. The day before work was to begin Evan once again called to check in and showed up the next morning shortly after the work crew had begun tearing off the old roof. He was present on and off that day and the following day when the new roof was being put on. The work crew were friendly and polite. We were thrilled with the result and they spend A LOT of time making sure everything got cleaned up. Evan even returned the following day with a large magnet tool to pick up any stray roofing nails. It was great dealing with a small (but mighty!) family business and not some huge impersonal corporate conglomerate. Its well worth reading the company back story on their website. Thanks Evan - and a big thank you to the work crew.

  FB Roofing did a great job. We have used them on 2 different homes. Both times they were easy to communicate with, on time, polite, and were up front with all prices. I would definitely hire them again!
