The entire project went very well, with some natural weather hiccups and a few changes, but all together was a 5 out of 5.

Good Service, good price, quality roof install. At their recommendation we did a PVC membrane over the existing BUR, avoiding a complete tear-off. During the install there was a small leak, and Jared had Mark come right over to figure out …

The team at Flat Roof Solutions really helped us out with a complex situation. Our building is over 100 years old with a combination of different roof materials. Using two different roof systems, a coating for one area and a membrane for another, FRS was able to solve our problems in a timely manner. We avoided a complete tear off of one roof and re-routed some roof drains to avoid future leaks. If we ever have an issue at another building, our first call will be to FRS!

Bert and Jared could not have been more of a pleasure to work with on our roof refurbishment. After countless other companies not returning phone calls nor emails, FRS not only promptly returned our inquiry but also came out to give an estimate within a day or two. Once the project was approved for our 14,000 sq ft building, there was constant communication and updates on the status. When Bert was offsite or out of town, the head foreman Mark was quick to jump in and answer any questions. Altogether, the entire team over at FRS was outstanding to work with on our project. We give them our best recommendation for roofing work in the future.

Jared and his team were honest, professional, and easy to work with. We had some major issues with our previous roof, for quite some time, but they did a lot of repair work to get us through the bulk of the winter, before completing a full replacement this month. They communicated well throughout the entire process and were always quick to respond anytime that we needed something. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them for all roofing repairs and replacements.

Knowing your roof is leaking brings about my concerns and questions: Who should I contact for a roof inspection? What will the cost be? How long will the project take? How knowledgeable is the contractor? and many more. Flat Roof Solutions were extremely knowledgeable and took many hours answering questions to educate me until I understood how their product and installation worked. Because of their professionalism, I never felt uneasy about asking anything regarding either their inspection, materials, and procedures. My project was done effectively and timely. I highly recommend Flat Roof Solutions for your roofing project.
