Kind of pissed. Your employee promised something that he couldn’t deliver. He’s 144k nails behind on his promise right now.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, John who is the Spokane contact. Is the most un-professional, rude, condescending person I have ever met in my professional career.

I built a new home four years ago and had good contractors except for my roof. Our home has a flat roof, and at the time I could only find one roofing contractor who was willing to do a flat roof on a residential home. Four years later, I had leaks around the vent stacks and a roof drain. Enter FlatRoofPros. They identified the problems in the original installation and gave me an affordable proposal for setting things right - and they did, with no surprises. I only wish I had found them four years ago!

We had the roof here at 212 S. David, Spokane Valley done in 2022 and have been very happy with the results. John has check in with us on many occasions to make sure we had no issues. To date all is well and again very happy with the work that was done.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Flat Roof Pros, Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
