Ask DJ for a price on a roof. Text me right back in a day and said sure. Text him 2 times in the last month, no response. I assume they went out of business. After the owner responded that they are not interested in the job. Why wouldn't you just say that and not ignore someone? Be better than this way.

I will update once the job is complete. However, “Dog Frank”’s review is laughable. This company, including DJ has been more than competent in communication. DJ really was busy with being sick, wedding, all the fun life stuff. When I wanted …

Dj was awesome, I contacted a couple people to get a quote. He was the only one to show up the day I called and had it to me eod. Day of he even stopped by to make sure the crew met my expectations.

A storm blew through our area early April 2023. I called three different roofing companies to come out an assess the damage. Flag City Roofing responded that day and were out to my house within 24 hours! DJ was awesome at getting me the pictures I needed for insurance purposes. Once approved by insurance Flag City was out within three days to get my old roof removed and a new one on. The crew that came to do the roof was not only professional, but they were high quality and amazingly fast! Total time from removal to replacement was around 4 hours. DJ was available for any questions I had and followed up to ensure that everything went properly. We had a little issue where a gutter cover wasn't properly secured after install and a bird made a nest which backed up water in the gutter. I called and they were out the next day and removed nest and fixed drain cover! All around great customer service and great quality work!
