Make sure your drivers know how to safely drive before you let them drive around town with your logo attached to them, it makes your brand look unprofessional. Hope this helps.

★★★★★ We had FL Specialty Roofing install a new DaVinci slate roof on our home in Tallahassee around October 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. One of the things that really stood out was that they were willing to come up to Tallahassee, even though they’re based in Central Florida. For a specialty roof like DaVinci slate, finding a company with the right experience was important to us, and they did an outstanding job. Their communication was top notch from start to finish. I was always kept in the loop throughout every part of the process—from contracting and planning, to construction, and finally the release of lien and certificate of completion. There were no surprises, and it was clear they had a process and followed it. Everyone we dealt with was professional, and the work was done by the book. The attention to detail really shows in the finished product. I also intentionally waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to see how the roof would actually look and hold up over time. Almost a year later, the DaVinci slate still looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It has completely transformed the look of our home. If you’re in Tallahassee or North Florida and need a specialty roofing contractor, I highly recommend FL Specialty Roofing. They communicated exceptionally well, did everything professionally and properly, and delivered a beautiful final product. We’re extremely happy we chose them!

If you are researching a company to replace your roof: STOP - you have found them! Before I retired, I was a Quality Engineer (U.S. and Europe) - so I know quality work and customer service when I see it. Shane and Tristen are THE examples of what great customer service should be. The entire crew was awesome to watch - these folks are PROs who function more like a Swiss watch (think Rolex here). The team kept us ultra informed and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. I threw them many curveballs during the project - they never broke a sweat! I picked this company after watching them do one neighbor's roof (a real picky engineer - who they managed to keep very happy), and then they did my next-door neighbor's roof (a perfectionist) - same result. I also found them to be very cost competitive as well. Rare to find a company who delivers at such a high standard in work, customer service, and price. You get what you pay for.

Wow, what can I say. The roof I dreamed of for my Spanish style home, installed with perfection and professionalism every step of the way. Tyler was my point person and was fantastic, the the professionalism of the installation crew impressed me the most, on time, clean job site every step of the way, and attention to detail. That is what I look for in a crew. I have remodled 9 homes and this was one of the best!

From even before they started to the completion of the roof job, this company was amazing in installing a new metal roof on our entire condominium complex (a commercial multifamily project). Very efficient and had the man power to do the work in a timely manner. The foreman, Tristan, was on site every day, gave updates throughout the process and handled even the slightest of issues with very impressive knowledge/expertise and professionalism. He had a tremendous amount of patience and respect for our residents and even fixed some of the issues himself. The whole team of roofers were very polite, friendly and worked so hard every day. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

I received estimates from 4 companies before deciding to go with FL Specialty. This was a large job, and we were replacing a 100 year old clay tile roof on a historic home, so I wanted to be sure we were working with a company that would not cut corners and would address all of our concerns. FL specialty was professional, knowledgeable, and met every expectation. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone replacing their roof, especially a difficult, unique, or special job.
