Met with Randy Ray regarding shingle caps on cobra 3 vents. Said everything looked good no worries. The cobra shingles had a little cupping but looked OK according to Randy. Saw no need to walk the roof and take a close look. He made me feel better as I thought I needed to replace caps. Agreed to do an annual inspection of the roof starting in January 2026. Randy please review my feedback for accuracy. Thank you. I plan to send you a video I have of the cap shingles. Any concerns please let me know.
