  Took forever and didnt even complete job by the estimated date nor was it done well. Charge was immense aswell.

  Scheduled appointment for a 11am. No one called or showed up. Later that same day at 4pm someone called without any apology or explanation to reschedule for following day at 2pm. No one called or showed up. I called them at 3pm and got weird run around from someone that didn’t ask any information from me...not name or anything. I’m done trying! You’d think they’d want my money? I’m telling everyone to not bother calling them in the first place!

  Garbage, these clowns took the gutter guards off to install a roof and never put them back on. I've called multiple times to be told they would come out to fix it and they remain no shows. They also took the guards with them, which im sure got recycled. Pick a more honest company and one that pays attention to the details.

The company changed ownership in 2023 and we take a lot of pride in serving the community.   Difficult to reach when there's an issue. We clearly stated we needed a new roof and did not want a repair but it was quoted as replacing damaged sections and new shingles and everything else so what can you do.

  Still waiting for them to repair my carport since January. Never recommend them for work.

  I had a great experience with First Class Roofing from start to finish. They were incredibly professional and thorough in their work, taking the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care.   First Class roofing… what an amazing experience from the initial consultation to the end of the job. The communication with Chris and thoroughness from the crew was absolutely outstanding.   Chris and his team did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. The workers were careful to protect the landscaping and cleaned up debris throughout the entire job. I highly recommend this company.

  Chris and the team at First Class roofing are top notch. Everyone who worked on our roof was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! It is such a great feeling to know that our house has an amazing new roof and gutters (thanks, Daniel!) that not only look amazing but also bring a sense of security and reassurance that I don’t have to worry about the next storm that blows through.   I found out that I had wind damage to my roof. A whole roof shingle was blown off. Called 1Class roofing to come out to take a look and they were there in no time to check it out. They told me to call my insurance and I did,, they sent an adjuster to inspect. 1Class Roofing was there too on my behalf to help see that there were wind damage. Approved for a new roof. 1CLASS did an excellent job at replacing my roof in a timely manner with excellent work. I would recommend them any day to anyone.

  First Class Roofing replaced my roof 8 years ago and I’ve recently had an issue with all the rain we’ve had. I contacted Chris and even though he didn’t own the company at the time I originally used them, he came out and fixed the issue to stand behind their work. My experience with him was everything you usually don’t get with a contractor - promptness, easy to communicate with, and conscientious. Should I have roofing needs in the future I absolutely won’t hesitate to contact them again!

  Outstanding professionalism, customer service, and very knowledgeable. Could not be any happier with how professional Deaundrae Fox, my salesperson was!
